I agree with the fact that Raphael is the most needed character from them, but Tira, as you said, used to be a pretty strong character (I tried to main her until the patch), but now that she has been nerfed she just sucks against most top tier characters like mitsurugi.
I disagree. Tira's my main and I recognize that she has an arsenal of several *VERY* good tools at her disposal. The only thing she's really lacking is range and the fact that Jolly is something holding her back from being
god Titan tier. She's got it all, really. Learn to use her tools a bit better and you'll see, I'm certain :)
Leixia is ANNOYING, I wouldn't call her nasty, but she's way underpowered since her strongest combos are all about 50-95 damage, while characters like natsu can hit the 100-140 and they are as fast as leixia is.
I don't agree, for the reasons I've already stated.
Mitsurugi needs a nerf on many of his moves JUST if they don't buff other characters (like leixia and tira). His 4B and 2KB moves are overpowered, they should be removed from his movelist. lol
Nah. A lot of his moves have considerable downsides to them. Like 2KB is unsafe on hit, if he doesn't kill or knock you down with it you can immediately counter with a launcher.
Nightmare is unsafe, as most of the mid to high-damage characters (like pyrrha omega, etc) but he has a lot of punisher moves which are basically easy to execute in compensation and his speed/damage are ridiculous, ALL YOU CAN DO against nightmare is guard and wait until you can punish him, but he will break your guard if you do so so he's unbalanced, he has more pros than cons.
I think you're underestimating his lack of safety. Try staying in his face and mixing up lows, throws, pokes, and launchers. He'll have to gamble agA, A+B or another "get the fuck off me!" kind of move and if he guesses wrong you're still in his face, beating him into the ground. He guesses right? You just have to watch out for his anti-wakeup game and get back in his face.
plus he's deemed for being a cheap character by many users from the community, just like astaroth, but this one would be an overpowered one.
This is one of the cases where skill makes the biggest difference. When facing better players, Nightmare's lack of safety really comes back to bite him. The same goes for Astaroth, who also has to deal with most of his attacks being very VERY slow.
"Cheap" is not a valid argument in terms of this discussion. Anything that is "cheap" is just a tactic you don't yet know how to handle and are using excuses to brush it off instead of learning to deal with. Go into Training Mode and set the bot to use anything you deem to be cheap. There's always a way around it, and most things that may seem cheap have some hefty downsides to them.
Honestly, this is why everyone's giving you a hard time too. You've come into this discussion claiming that things should be how you want them and it's clear to most everyone involved that you don't fully understand yet, so everyone's viewing your suggestions as a joke. How do you change that? Put the work in to understanding it, read up on all the info available here and really learn the game. It's not going to be something you can do in a single sitting or even, say, a month. It takes a considerable investment to get better. Whether or not it's worth it is up to you.
