When Do You Think SCVI Will Be Announced?

I dont effing care how long it takes but I dont them to do a "good" job or " a great/excellent/awesome job" I WANT THEM TO DO A OMFG-WTF-THIS-GAME-IS-TOO-MUCH-FOR-MY-BODY job >:( and for those of you who disagree
*gives angsty look * You could never understand~ ( lol)

haha why is it so surprising to people that more time and money was spent with ttt2? ... tekken has always had the bigger fanbase and has always been more popular. allowing for a bigger budget is surprising? ... lol.

IV and V were major disappointments. I have to say I agree with most of the people on here that Daishi needs to get booted.

If the series continues to go on like this, with lacking gameplay, cheap DLC, major plot holes and stunted development...then I'd much rather see an end to the series now than ultimately spend another 60 dollars to play through a game which will most likely be just as (or even more) disappointing as V.

Daishi is an amazing producer. Him and his team are actually decent at the game and he's not a troll like capcom's fighting game producers. The problem here is the publisher (Namco) rushing Project Soul and not letting them finish the game. Despite the rush, the gameplay is extremely solid with a way more balanced roster than most fighters. Daishi needs to stay. :)

I must agree with the above. It's not Daishi's fault, it's Namco. They obviously prioritized Tekken and didn't give Project Soul the proper time and resources (again).

If they do make a SCVI, then it better be completed. Not some bull shit 1/4 finished story. And no stupid 3 mimics (Although Elysium's concept was interesting to say the least). And, if the story is going to be BS'd again due to time constraints, scrap it and just give us endings. At least that will give EVERY character their story, and we won't have to find out things on our own, by buying a book in Japanese, and translating it. And even the book doesn't tell us everything. You'd think they'd have confirmed a lot of things by now. (Viola=Amy?, Where is Talim, Where is Zasalamel, etc.)

I'd be happy with a super SCV. That would tide me over til the next game.
Id actually accept a "SoulCalibur Malfested Addition" if that means its Infected with a content outbreak... unlike Crapcom they DO need to redo the storymode and add in the content people actually want. Maybe some more game modes for um.. single player????????????. Though if they actually think thats worth a rerelease then someone needs to be slapped... but I wouldn't say not to do it... (sigh)

It's a sign they are when Harada says that Tekken Tag Tournament 2 will have "free DLC". That's like saying......

"We are rich and popular, bitches. We aren't that desperate for money."

Hmm I say in 2014/5? Hopefully by then PS4 will be released, and then SCVI can have a graphic makeover (SCV looks great, but it didn't push major barriers since SCIV). Namco wasn't very keen about giving Daishi enough time to polish SCV, so will they even consider SCVI in the first place >_<?!?

(Going off a tangent from here on)

I think SCV is a great game, but I find I'm playing it less often lately, mainly because I really miss offline modes like Survival mode which SCVI doesn't have. Playing online is fun, but I get annoyed when I frequently get booted from player rooms >_<! The ragequits ruin it too. The loss of many characters like Cassandra really hit me hard too T_T!!!

However, I really enjoyed SC since SCII. I had lots of fun playing VS mode with my siblings and trying to break records in Survival mode. It would be such a shame for SC to end in the future, since there is so much going for it T_T!! I truly wish the SC series will continue on in the future!!

I really miss old modes like Survival and Time Attack, too! If there is a SCVI, PS needs to redeem themselves and re-instill old features. A stronger single player mode would be nice, too!

I liked every message suggesting the idea of hyper/super/ultra SCV because i genuinely like the idea of it at this point. And that makes me feel dirty D:

Y'know, liking the same bullshit Crapcom tries pulling with their games every other decade? My own double standard feels dirty D:

HAHA Crapcom. Perfect example!

I'd be satisfied too, if only we could see the 75 percent of the story that was lost! They need to release the extra story for DLC instead of silly little costumes.
