and astaroth is a 7 foot tall nothing but muscle golem
Exactly, someone of his size shouldn't be able to move at all. Where's is your realism? :P

Also, they are about equally fast. With the difference being that asta actually is safe and he actually has top tier dmg, with or without meter.

but there are people more muscular than that that can move easily. :(

Look at Astaroth. Now realise that realistically he wouldn't even exist he's the creation of some weird genetic experiment cult like the Hulk but in the 1600's... so he shouldn't exist realistically.

how bout rock then?
Rock is a beast don't dis Rock lol. Anyway this thread is getting off topic so I think the main points there were:
No meter Sieg damage = not very good
CH Sieg damage = decent
NH plus meter Sieg damage = rather decent hence why to quote Solo he "chugs meter like kool-aid" lol.

that move also has inhuman speed for the size of the weapon. i dont mind having siegfried do more damage. but the speed at which he moves with his weapon is impossible for someone of his size and muscularity. call me a realism nazi but its what i do
Realism issues of SCV
-Algol can levitate
-Viola summons an orb and ZWEI is a werewolf
-Asteroth is a Big GREEN dude
-ALL characters have the power to launch people onto the air
-and much much more...

Besides, if you want that realism than Siegfried would kill you with a single swing, so which do you prefer...

well actually if we wanted realism, if we at all wanted siegfried to be usable in the game we'd have to have him use a normal sized great sword. as it is now, a blade like requiem would weigh about 50-60lbs, and wouldnt actually even be sharp(more like a blunted edge type dealy). now a realistic greatsword of standard issue actually only weighs about 3lbs on average. anything heavier would either be a ceremonial weapon(which can range up to 14lbs or more) or it would be a professional soldier's greatsword, which would weigh about 5-8 lbs. anything heavier than that would be ceremonial, and impractical for use(the heavier weights require good balancing of the weapon to be usable). Siegfrieds "realistic" blade, being as long as it is, would most likely be a professional or a sharpened ceremonial weapon, weighing just about 8lbs. he'd have to be not only strong to use it, but it would also require superb balancing. if you guys are interested in the subject, i suggest you start here:

and then proceed to work your way through the wonderful search tool that is google. ;)

Hmm I just skim-read much of that Slayer it was rather interesting thank you.

Also for us non-americans (meaning me) how much is a lb in comparison to a kilo which is the metric equivalent.

to be a little more precise, 1KG i believe, is about 2.2lbs, incase you needed a point of reference.

He is 70Kg, 172cm tall and in SCIV he was a ridiculous 50Kg.. I mean dang that's just crazy.
Im 50Kg, but im only a whopping 5'4"- 5'6"(162-167cm) tall depending on what measuring tape i use XD

Haha thanks guys but I went and googled it (well I wasn't waiting 3 hours for an answer lol when google has everything) and yea 50kg is crazy but 70kg is fine I weigh about 2 kgs less than that and am about 8-9 cms taller (so about 5"11" 6 foot). But still 50kgs in SC4 I think whoever wrote that had a bit much to drink beforehand sheesh.

Oh and Hockmeistern you answered my question just fine I was going to use the ratio to work that out so that saved me time.
