Mmm, most of the time I don't think the number of bars is really consistent with how the connection actually is. I have at least one pal who is often displayed at one bar for me yet I have less input lag with than Donut >.>
I don't reside in Euroland(unfortunately; most everything I know of the place sounds better than Uhmurica!), but I usually get a decent connection with the UK and Germany. As in if I'm bitching about input lag it will be very minimal xD
But sure...I guess I could always play with a dirty, subhuman hacker...Couldn't hurt, right? Just don't count on landing iGDR.

Nuh-uh. His connection gives me input lag in most matches(there have been a scant few without input lag), and his godawful custom characters frightened my modem due to their shittiness: frightened it so much so that its decided to keep my console offline :/
