I Just Think It Looks a Little Better. U Tried It Just Now, How'd It Feel?
Yeah sometimes I do that, sometimes not. It's w/e

I'm having trouble with his 4 aaaaaa jf and his 5 kkkkkk jf can any one help a new yos

The input is JF 4AAAAA and JF FC 1KKKKK. The best way to do it is to get a rhythm for it. One of my methods of how I got JF4AAAAA is to practice while your opponent is lying down. Try getting a feel for it. If he glows white you're on the right track. Remember that it's random recovery. This isn't something that can be done in one day as took me awhile before I was able to do it consistently.

I can't do JF FC1KKKKK because I'm lazy, but eventually I'll get it since it's a nice guard break low imho.

JF 1AAAAA is rather useless, but it could probably be useful as some flashy wall combo. However, that's the only theory I can find from it.

Also....
While I agree that looking around is what everyone should do, it doesn't help to mock someone who just wants some help. Would you like it if someone mocked you for posting an incorrect input due to not knowing enough of a character?

JF 1AAAAA can also relaunch the opponent like JF 4AAAAA, but it's air controllable and not all hits are guaranteed (when I tried, at least). Just some info.

EDIT: You can follow up with aB+K or 6K right after the 1AAAAA relaunch and it does 1 or 2 extra damage compared to 4AAAAA. Regardless, 1AAAAA is still a bit unreliable and 4AAAAA is better.

I'm trying to learn Yoshi and what's been putting me down is the fact that I can't do any of his JFs (not even a:B+K, which seems to be by far the easiest one to me). The only way I can do it like 50% of the time is by setting R1/R2 to A/B+K and violently, rapidly sliding from one to another. I fear for my controller though, so I'd like to learn how to do it without using such methods. Anything? Help? I mained Yoshi in SCIV and I wanted so much to do that again (I hadn't learned his JFs in SCIV either).

I don't think you need to slide it too hard like you say you are doing. The R1/R2 method just requires a quick, smooth flick of the finger. You don't need to worry about your controller unless you are just smashing the shoulder buttons to oblivion. I'm pretty sure SCIV a:B+K had a lot more lenient input time, being so that you can just bind a shoulder button to B+K and tap A, then the shoulder. SCV is more of a slide input (I'm pretty sure someone here said that to make sure you release A before getting to B+K) so you just need to practice the correct speed without going too crazy with the sliding motion.

The hard way (I think it's difficult) is doing a thumb flick from A to B+K on the controller. I can barely or can't do this in actual matches but then again, I haven't practiced this method much. I try it by sliding the tip of my thumb to the side as I get from A to B+K (so from A is my tip, then slide and transition to the side of my thumb to B+K).
Again, a lot of it is just practicing. Keep on practicing.
If someone else has video reference, that would be nice.

Damn man i feel your pain. First time i was playing this game i was pissed how I couldn't nail his A:B+K move...it was so easy in 4 but they changed the way you input it in 5. I even stopped playing yoshi for months just because I couldn't nail that one just frame thats very important in his offense. Determined to be a yoshi main and master of him....i refuse to give up and kept at it till one day I got it down :D

Just keep at it do NOT worry about the other just frames such as 4AAAAA, 1AAAAA and FC 3KKKKK there are not as important as imcf and A:B+K. The thumb slide technique that defiance mentioned above is durable but takes awhile to get use too. Atleasts with that method you wouldn't have to sacrifice button configurations on your controller.

Yeah I figured that about iMCF and a:B+K being far more useful than the other ones. As I said, I mained Yoshi in SCIV (and GOD DO I MISS some moves like 6B, 6K2K and old 1[ B]/4K[ B]) and I could do a:B+K easily by binding B+K to R2 and just sliding. I never did master it though, let alone iMCF.

I don't play with my thumb though lol. I press the face buttons using my index and middle fingers (and that's why I have no problem at all with simultaneous inputs except A+B+K).
The palm of your thumb is your best friend. Trust me. I'm able to do aB+K because I practiced until my thumb was sore. Just slide the palm of your thumb. I may not always be consistent with aB+K, but I got used to this method and didn't need to sacrifice my shoulder button layout.

iMCF in this game isn't as hard, same rule.

In short, iMCF and aB+K demand the palm of your thumb since they're slide inputs. The more you practice the better you get.

So you mean I gotta use the palm of my thumb to do iMCF as well? Why is that necessary? I play with 2 fingers instead of one so I don't have problems with slide inputs as well. I just can't seem to slide as fast as needed for iMCF, any tips for that?

I'm gonna have to show you this old vid of how to do iMCF in SCIV. Skip to 2:00. This method also helped me get it down in SCV. Imho, iMCF is easier in SCV than SCIV.

For aB+K. You can just do it this way if you aren't comfortable enough to do it via thumb. Just copy what this guy did.

I will still preach that as a SCIV vet, you have to utilize the thumb for iMCF. No ifs ands or buts. For aB+K you can opt to do it the way the "trigger" method and it's fine.
