Because it can lol. Also, my anti-Devil Jin knowledge is horrible, but I don't really see much written up about how to deal with him. I just suppose it is good that almost every DJ player I run into doesn't know how to play him whatsoever lol.

1K is your friend. Switching to SSH when he steps in and doing SSH BBB works too, but that may be because most DJ players are so awful.
