Would the story be potentially better or worst if Pyrrha and Patroklos had somehow switched swords in Episode 11 of the Story Mode?
I ask because it never felt like Soul Calibur "fit" with Patroklos. He never did anything to earn it, he was given the sword without any proof or trial of whether he was worthy of it. Considering his vengeful nature, the many innocents that he slaughtered in cold blood and the malfestation that he would have inherited from his mother...it makes no sense for Soul Calibur to not immediately reject him.
Similarly, Pyrrha seemed like she was being groomed into a role that she had no "soul" for. Her hands aren't clean, but she kills either in self-defense, under Tira's manipulations or the direct control of the Soul Edge shard in her body. And when she initially grew the nightmare arm, she seemed to be in control of herself and only wanted a hug from the brother who she just saved.
So despite facing outside and even internal factors beyond her control, Pyrrha seems more worthy of Soul Calibur than her brother. Vice versa, Soul Edge seems like a better fit for Patroklos' nature and actions.
So how would things turn out if the swords switched for whatever reason (Feel free to be creative)?
