SCV- New CHARACTER ideas

I really would like a Scottish warrior with a claymore. I would imagine him being a mix between the Zweihander users like Sieg and Nightmare with elements from Mitsurugi, but I have an idea to make him more interesting.

Make him a charge character, like Hilde.

Hilde's charges advantage her by giving long range, fast, and typically safe (if you can't JG, that is) moves depending on how long you hold the button down. Now it's pretty obvious even with a large weapon like a claymore he would still not have the range of Hilde. So what would be an appropriate substitute, how about armor and AGI properties? Lets say his C2B is his typical launcher into his BnB, i18 included, it would have armor on most of it's startup frames making him recoil into another launcher like Mitsu's MIST A+B. Or his C4A UB AGI all attacks for the first few frames like Algol's Shoryken but be a high.

Current ideas for Charge attacks

C1B: Quick i15 stab that on CH is an attack throw
C2B: See above
C3B: i21 Armored 3 hit string, as in on the start-up for each consecutive hit he has armor in which he'll recoil and continue the string. If he does, the end of the string will be a GB attack
C4B: Looks nearly identical to C1B but he runs forward a bit, making the move i25. UB Attack throw.

C1A: Mid i16 hilt smash, stuns on CH
C2A: Flashes sword at horizontal angle before making a spinning horizontal slash, AGIs all vertical mids, TCs at AGI frames, i21
C3A: Horizontal string AGIs all mids and highs only on first attack, i28
C4A: See above

He would possibly have command grabs to put him into advantageous positions, while his normals would be slow, he'd take most of the advantage off of punishment and good reads, it'd certainly put Sword and Shield users in their place, discouraging panic 2As and normal strings.

Joseph Bo(u)logne, Chevalier de Saint-George (sometimes erroneously spelled Saint-Georges) (December 25, 1745 – June 10, 1799) was an important figure in the Paris musical scene in the second half of the 18th century as composer, conductor, and violinist. Prior to the revolution in France, he was also famous as a swordsman and equestrian. Known as the "black Mozart" he was one of the earliest musicians of the European classical type known to have African ancestry. Any minute now I’m going to remember he’s 200 years past, and also French.
A French-African rapier wielder based off Chevalier de Saint-George? I think that can work, but to differentiate his style from Raph's and especially Amy, would have to be his stance (more of the traditional fencer) and an extra weapon, like a hidden dagger or a conductor's wand (keeping up with the idea based off an historical figure) he can use for quick attacks.

I can actually see something like that work. :)
