What stages would you like to see?

In the streets! Maybe on a market place or a harbor, with random people running around, destructible stalls (once you destroy it, you can ring out people in the sea for example) ^^

Since we're travelling the world, I'd also like to see real places: Athens (the Parthenon! even if it's under Ottoman rule), Edo/Tokyo... With landmarks and such!

We could also see stage transition à la Injustice (but not THAT exaggerated): for example I've seen someone talking about Ivy's mansion in Prague. Why not fight in the hall, then throw the enemy on the door, have a little transition "cutscene", and the fight continues in the street?

You mean kind of like these?

As for the rest of your ideas. I like them actually. But i hope that the stage transitions wouldn't be as over the top as Injustice. Would be best as SF5

Yup, like these :D

Of course not that exaggerated ^^ As I said, they're fighting in the hallway of the Valentine Mansion, a good kick send the opponent through the front door (with no or very few damage), and the fight resumes :)

I like to see bonus stages with a bit of interaction for the casual players.

SC2 had some of those stages where you skate on ice; Talim's stage where you get blown by the wind and you have to be careful not to get blown off stage, then there's the lava stage where the edges have lava and your character gets burned.

While I don't like the execution as much, it does change the game where you are more focus on the environment than just ring outs.

I was thinking of a stage where you have an audience in the background spectating; based on how you and your opponent perform, they react by tossing items on stage for you or your opponent to step on so that they may be used as an advantage or disadvantage for you or your opponent.
