What do we have as possibilities of 6 beside SC?

Halo 6, TES 6, GTA 6. For some reasons i don't think it's gonna be those.

I can totally see it like they'll tease it on VGA, then the teaser ends with something "full trailer at Bandai Namco event 15/12"
 
Considering that SCVI is the one we've been getting rumors about being announced at that time, I'd stake my bet that's what it is.
 
So, basically what you're saying is for them to keep the annoying thing that a lot of people hated about the meter system and remove the one that takes most skill because of the timing?
Just Guarding made it so you could literally block an unblockable. Guard Impact costing meter made mind games with being able to have "GI wars" and I found it more useful.
 
You'll see soon enough. I can understand your skepticism because of being dicked around and it having been almost 6 years since Soul Calibur V came out. It can feel like a lifetime ago. But the wait for a new mainline entry reveal is almost here. Just (try) to be patient.

Holy god!! Game Awards are teasing their upcoming event on 7/12 with the Number 6!!! Could it be.... Soul Calibur 6? Game will be shown there?

Geoff Keighley of Game Awards said on a livestream that there will be a 30 second teaser that will announce a 6th opus of huge franchise.
Let me play the devil's advocate: SC6 would be the 7th opus, if we don't count Legends and Lost Swords Kappa

JG sounded cool on paper, but it was janky at high level because characters like Viola & Z.W.E.I. can JG a GI. JG was the reason that GI cost meter. GI being meter free is fine and doing a JI is harder than doing a JG because Guarding is 1 frame of animation. GI starts at 4 frames.
 
Wouldnt be worried about the costumes. 5 had the best costumes in the entire series.
I hope they work on the models though. SCV's looked way too barbie doll-like, more so than SCIV's (especially Sophitia who doesn't even look her age anymore). Way too much gloss, lacking skin texture, huge eyes, and the awkward movements in cut-scenes and the general exaggerated facial expressions also looked a bit cartoony as well. I remember when back in SCII & III everyone looked like their artwork, now their artwork looks better than their actual in-game models.

Yeah, they should be better. I'd expect a modern game to look better than one released six years ago on ancient hardware, and in most in cases that's true but there are exceptions (looking at you, MvCI).

Well, if you actually wanted to risk just guarding a likely high damaging attack that you couldn't block otherwise, you deserve to be rewarded for that perfectly executed guard. Besides, why would you use that? I'm no specialist, but its easier to dodge or punish the slow startup of the unblockables. GI is just easy to do, also, mind games? You'll end up wasting meter you could use for combos, and its fairly easy to identify who has more meter, so its not really a good mind game.
