    Hey mate, how long in advance can you plan an edge masters series, or even just a casual session for SCV? Also *not stalking but see it below while writing this :D* Are you or any of the UK SCV players going to WGC Cannes, i went last year for MK and was a blast, so will probably be going again!

    Joel and Hollow say they're going so I'll probably go too, it is fun and relatively cheap. Will prob go. Should book flights soon really. It is a great event yeah, looking forward to it.

    As for EMS, they used to be every month, which made the date easier to set. If there's a certain day you'd like to come, you could suggest it and we might be able to set the event on that day.

    Well im not to bothered about what the date is, i just have to book train tickets and the afternoon off work (or the next morning if i stop the night in london) so as much notice as possible is best. The last couple of london events i have only heard about like 3 days or something in advance so its been a bit of a bummer :(

    Just go into training and set RECORD 1 to Tira just standing there blocking, RECORD 2 to Tira 3B combo and RECORD 3 to grab. Then hit up PLAYBACK RANDOM mode. Should be no different.

    No problem. I am actually pretty shit at this game, that's all I do, which is why I should automatically win the 2012 FRAUD OF THE YEAR award for SCV.

    I am playing Leixia more now tbh, Tira is really really hard at high level and I only think I can use her if I am playing and training every day.

    I'm not going to start a flame war with you; I'm just saying that I don't show up to UK tournaments, because: 1. I live about 3-4 hours away from London, and that's if there's no traffic. 2. I don't think spending money to travel down there to play with 10 or less people is worth it. 3. I'm clearly not good enough to play offline which is why I don't turn up.

    Yeah. We need to convert more online players like me to offline. Which shouldn't be too hard. I've been PM'd by a few UK based players asking for advice about Ivy - maybe they could go to offline events if they live closer.

    Just set up some more local offline stuff with some relatively local online players. This will build your confidence, you'll enjoy the game more, and then maybe a few of you can travel down to us sometime.

    Now I remember our gmes as well. It felt almost impossible for me to catch up to Tira. Seemed like any option Zwei had, Tira have better. Then again I'm not common of the match ups as I should be so maybe it's not as bad as I think it is :D

    I watched your vid. Looks like you are better than me against Algol. Don't know what to say really. I just think he does too much damage. I decided a few weeks ago that if I play against Algol, I won't use Tira.

    Thanks man. Yeah I am starting to think I should use her more. There are definitely some match-ups that she can cover for Tira. But other times I think I should just switch to Natsu.

    It is annoying 6 months into the game to still not have chosen a main... ah well, we'll see what happens.

    Yeah exactly, the 2K punishing was really impressive, and the thing is Oof and Partisan said the same thing to me that it seemed fine to them, which is why I think it might be a hosting thing. Cos for me it was guessing all the time, I wasn't able to react to anything and sometimes even pressing G didn't come out in time to block normal attacks.

    I can't speak for the community. Seems to me like he's more of a joke. It probably seems like he's some big star because of his 8wr persona, but in the UK not many people have even played him.

    He is and probably will remain the most famous UK player, but most of the top players here just aren't interested in playing him or anything.

    He can be annoying, but I don't think players are 'ashamed' of him because no-one really feels like he represents our community. There are plenty of people here who just play the game, and if the rest of the world doesn't know who we are because our names aren't well-known, to be honest we don't really care.

    Which is ok if you can find it. But I suspect the newer players will have trouble separating the useful posts from the misleading or pointless ones. They'll also be very concerned about just how many things we Leixia players are failing to realise.

    I think the game will die in Europe after EBO. My feelings for SCV are really mixed, I feel like this game is better than SC4 in general but I have no passion for it. It's like I'm forcing myself to play it, it's really sad because it's been only few months since it was released!

    gw 2 is coming out in 2 months, which will be really good.
    Also wow is still a fun game to play if you can find a good guild with players you like.
