I recall 2, and 3 (not to sure on 3, but 3's ai sucked in general) having horribly inept AI if you just kept your distance at the start, resulting in them either using moves that send them off the edge (Mostly Cerv) or were punishable.

Daishi made mention of CotS sequel plotlines WAY back, though they could have just been decoys.

A Belmont would fit and provide a unique style. Other than that or CAS parts for some NB characters, meh.
