Bell is horrid, and roger sucks as much. Rogers is more expensive too. But unfortunately us poor folks can't do anything cause its a monopoly or oligopoly for you technical nerds.

You guys need to go with the smaller guys that go through Rogers or Bell, such as Distributel or Tech Savvy. Sign up with them and you get good speeds + unlimited upload and download. I'm currently paying around $35 a month for Distributel, which goes through Rogers.

Mine cost around 50 but that with some student plan. But regular plan is around 200. They once sent me a bill for that amount, took a long while to get that fixed.

TekSavvy, with 300gb download. Pay about 45 a month. I highly recommend switching from Bell or Rogers if you can. They've screwed me way too much. I also switched to Wind for my cell plan, and it's great, so long as you almost never leave their coverage zones.
