If any was to make it in and turned out to be viola, would you like her to become viola in the later part of the story?
Kind of like in darkwings13's calibur world, where she finds the orb and it makes her transform into viola. But instead of a comedic potion the orb does it. I feel like that'd be a really good way to do it, and to get viola in.

I mean, it would be the spell orb that breaks her vampiric unable to age state at the cost of her memories. That seems practically implied canon as to what happened to Amy to allow her to become Viola somewhere in the 17 year gap while Raphael was "dead". Assuming we're keeping the original idea? *Sigh...* Viola isn't broken. She is a very strong character, but her range is short and she needs meter to deal big damage. None of the characters in SCV are broken, only ignorant scrubs think so.
Raphael and Amy sharing the same weapon means nothing because their playstyles are very different. I want both to appear in the game, but if only one of them will end up being included, then Raphael deserves that spot more since he plays a more important role in the story and he represents the fencing style better than Amy. Viola's style would fit Amy, but it would be a waste to throw her original style away, and it wouldn't make sense considering Amy only lost her memories after the events of SCIV (if she truly is Viola).

I main him in SCV and he never felt boring to me. In fact, I find him one of the most enjoyable characters to play. In terms of game mechanics, the only real problem he has is his CE often whiffing after hitting someone with 22B. He most certainly isn't a weak character.

Yes, because a character that can do 247 damage off of a low mid 50/50 mixup in a game where every character has 240 life points isn't broken lol

Only with full meter. Algol can do almost the same amount of damage with full meter as well and he isn't broken either.

It isn't hard to get meter in SC5. Besides, she still does like half life meterless. It's really too bad she wasn't banned.

I've played this game since the day it was released and know what she's capable of, don't act like I have no idea what I'm talking about just because you have a different opinion. I'd like to compete in tournaments, but I lack the means to travel so that isn't an option for me unfortunately. If I'm capable of beating Gold Shad's α Patroklos (the strongest character in the game played by an incredibly skilled tournament player), then I should be able to hold my own against any Viola player.
My previous posts were moved to this thread, by the way. I didn't even intend to post here in the first place.

Stealing games online when it doesn't matter to the other player isn't important to any tournament player. You're deluding yourself if you think that would translate well in a true competitive environment, which you understand nothing of as an online player. I could also debate your argument in regards to Viola specifics, but that honestly isn't important when you'd never invest in your own game knowledge and skills. Trolls like you are really the worst. By the way, in 1.0 version Viola was low-tier.

You're acting as if an offline environment is somehow difficult to understand. The only difference is that it's lagless and you would probably be more prone to nervousness. Of course I never invest in game knowledge, that's why I studied match-ups and frame data /s. I wasn't the one who started the discussion about Viola, there were already multiple posts of people saying that she is broken. Your opinion about the text font is completely irrelevant. It's there to be used so I'm making use of it because I like how it looks.

Well if you'd like to know the specifics of what she can do without full meter I'm happy to help you out :) with just one brave edge she does half life on a 50/50. I don't see why you don't think not broken. The difference between Algol and Viola is that Algol isn't over here forcing you to guess or die every 5 seconds.
Sorry but you're wrong lol I don't think it's wise to try and tell people who have been competing offline in this game for over 5 years that they don't know what they're talking about.
