33A/33AA is also a really good reverse mixup tool at his disposal. 33A is only -2 on hit and is definately one of my favorite tools on wakeup. 33A into 3A, grab, REM, JG, CE, or finish the string. Hell, if used at tip range, step back and whiff punish. It can be a very annoying tool to deal...
Hoping they have at least one patch left in them but who knows...
I've noticed more and more how many whiffing issues Xiba seems to have. I wouldn't mind so much if the verts randomly whiffed but the amount of times I've had horizontals go straight through side stepping opponents is just...
Most of Xiba's tools only shine on counter hit, so it's not really a good idea to throw out willy nilly like that :|. You should really only be using 66B if you read a backstep since it catches backstep pretty well for the CH other wise just go 3B. Btw, shouldn't half of the thread be in the...
A: Like PO said, I think all of his brave edges have solid practical uses with the exception of 44k (BE) mostly because they are all high damage and super hit-confirmable. Although 6B(BE) and 6A(BE) are easy to interrupt with a 2A by on block, they are both only -4 on block, not too risky.

Xiba mainer here, and he's basically the only character I've been using for the last 2 months, and the only character I really want to use now. I'm about 1/2 done with a match-up guide for him and I plan on posting it when I'm about 2/3 done, so look forward to that.
Ignore my avatar, btw.
Xiba is very much like Siegfried and Nightmare, in that he highly rewards good yomi, and has an uphill battle with bad yomi. He can build some serious oki pressure that often leads into good damage and more oki. His stuff works best (or only) on CH, so finishing for those and catching step can...
I know, I just mean that it hasn't been looked into since with more discovered information.
EDIT:
REM A i20
REM B i23
REM K i29
Obviously different stance entries add more/different frames to entering REM
My apologies if that information was actually brought up somewhere and I missed it.
For the love of all that is holy, could somebody please tell me what the start up frames on his REM stance attacks are? Right now it's the only glaring whole in his frame data, and it makes question it's application in some areas =_=;. Thank you.
Edit: It looks like his frame data hasn't been...
For moves without a lot of pushback, its a solid punisher for Xiba, as it immediately leads into mixup on hit. Now if you're trying on neutral...yeah, not so much.
