To be fair, you can't really decide tiers for "urself". That's exactly what leads people to complain like this. They fear that a character that was undeniably difficult to play against has managed to get better. It's entirely understandable.
That said, negativity probably doesn't help around...
Changes do sound kind of bad, but at least they're mostly just slight damage nerfs. Nothing compared to how badly they seem to have nerfed Mina.
They nerfed mother ****ing Mina.
Yeah, 3B isn't even safe, dunno why you would really ever use the attack when your opponent is right up on you. At the very least, use WS B. That version's safe, IIRC.
From another thread that I posted in:
Mina:
- make it so 11A and 1BA don't clip through stepping opponents
- make 3bK safe (maybe as a JF?)
- 6A+B needs a cancel
- make 44K end in FC
- give her some damn JF's: 3b:K, 8B+K :B :B (oh the hilarious possibilities...GC? frame advantage on block?)...
Yeah, 66K is great. The first two hits are -16 on hit, so nothing you want to abuse, but the little tech jump at the beginning has worked wonders when I've seen lows coming.
Yeah, the 44A+B forcing (wtf!) and punishing whiff was pretty neat.
As far as the few minutes of the Ljkabookie Mina vid I saw goes, he needs to block more. Mina's at a severe disadvantage after pretty much everything she has is blocked, stop trying to attack all the time. >_> You also tend to...
I was kinda sorta messing around with this, and I'm probably completely wrong, but it seems like they land funny if you try to do the 66A+B:4 JF on them.
Yeah, 6A+B is useless outside of online, and even then it's not that great. 3bK is i14 or something, but it's really lacking in range and it's unsafe. RO's forward, I guess.
As far as interrupting goes, 4A is really awesome because it's a fast, low poke that retreats. 1B is fast and has a...
