Something-Unique
[10] Knight
General Info:
SC:BD is at its core SC4 Patch 1.03.5 constructed by Scamco. This game has been re-sealed and made portable for PSP to make extreme profits at the $40.00 price point in patch form with the inclusion of two new characters to make it look like a new game.
Game changes: (Through personal testing!)
1. Character hitbox issues have been fixed to some extent meaning less retarded whiffs!
2. The actual step system has been buffed!
3. The damage resulting from walls universally has been increased! So characters such as Nightmare & Setsuka have reached another level in terms of damage from walls.
4. The GI window of oppurtunity is now 23 or more frames. So Setsuka's i23-Frames B+K will now work. As a result Hilde will now be even more broken with C3B being guaranteed outside of re-GI mind games.
4. Their is a misconception that the cast has received damage buffs. In general this is incorrect. The damage modifier has been slightly altered universally obviouslly. So moves in the game have now increased by a +1-5-Damage margin or has decreased by a -1-5-Margin. There are some characters who have however received damage buffs but in total there are no more than 5 at the most and the damage increased is along the +10-15-Damage range except Hilde (unbelievable) and Tira.
5. Critical Finishes are now executed with A+B+K after a SC. Every character has a A+B+K move that GB's and if the SG is crushed with this move the CF is automatic with no need for an extra A+B+K input. for clarification the A+B+K move has its own SC numbers as well. It does not guarantee and instant break. In general its a useless move from what I could gather as a result of testing. Other than that some moves do not break the SG at all now.
Interesting and Saddening info:
There are in total 5 characters at best that have received a noticable buff in damage. That is being generous within a margin of error. These characters are......
1. Hilde: Read the Hilde BD changes.
2. Tira: She has received a damage increase in the margin of +30's. It changes nothing however because she is still random in design.
3. Margin of error.
4. Margin of error.
5. Margin of error.
Other Info:
Dampierre is the direct representation of Tira as a result of his random uncontrollable movelist similarities that Tira has.
Hilde Information:
Hilde is the one character in the game that has received disgusting damage buffs (Read the Hilde BD changes). Combine that with an increased step game for better placement and the new 23+Frame open GI window which now allows C3B for free and one can imagine.
C2A is broken beyond belief. Why?
It does 52-Damage on its own. Still has GB +3-Frames. Fully tracks both directions. Don't forget its at the C2 level meaning 2 second charge. It does not ring-out in combos unless close enough to the edge now but here goes a new quiet buff to accompany the damage. C2A on its own without the second part now rings out without the need for being in the air close to the edge. It also still has its IMP properties.
Thats not even adressing the rest of her damage buffs and this broken claim considers the fact that no other character has received any substantial buffs to break close to even ground.
