I hate arguing Tiers...but....

Hilde is not that Good. Kilik is not that Good. Both are below Top 5. (maybe Hilde 6, Kilik 9?!?!)

Setsuka, however, is similar to Amy. Both have great tools, and not many weaknesses.

Voldo is a beast. As is Ivy and Sophie.

Something-Unique: I have to admit, I have very little Setsuka experience, so I can't really judge how good she is, how her matchups are, or how easy she is to use. Those three factors are what I look at before I judge how good a character is.

My top 5 would probably be.. Amy, Kilik, Voldo, Vader, Hilde. I might be a bit biased putting Vader up there since he's my main, but the main reason I put him there is because he has very few bad matchups (about 3). Every other one is even or in his favor.
 
Lol everyone thinks someone is biased when they put up a tier list with there own character high. I have had the pleasure of playing u offline at least 30-40 matches when u came to NY so I would probably believe u.

Your top 5 looks more than plausible outside of the lack of knowledge on Setsuka and I could see Voldo being higher than Hilde even though Hilde beats Voldo because of matchups.

Plus Vader is heavily underrated and i'm sure no one would agree with u on that since ur like the only Vader basically and probably haven't played ur Vader in depth. Thank god I have! No suprises for me at Nats.

Setsuka, hard to find weakness.

Amy should be suffering from Range and Damage (like Taki). But her simple tools (and Auto'gi's) more than makes up for it. hence why she feels like top 5.

Kilik. I can beat with Rock. His moves are so telegraphed. asura will get you only so far

Vader....doesnt count

Still surprised no one gives Ivy her respect. Probably because she is now the hardest character in the game to use.

4. Amy does not suffer from range. Also there isn't a single character in the enitre game that can keep her out. Including Ivy and Kilik!

5. It's possible that Rock can beat Kilik. Advantage for either no. Asura is not needed for the last time. People need to realize this and that includes you. Why? It's simple Kilik's regular Post GI game is the best in the game.

Ex. Post GI 1. i20-Frames A+B, 66B, 66B - 80-Damage 2. i17-Frames iFotD 80-Damage possible ring-out and in some cases dependent on where u are iFotD B+G version ring-out left. 3. 4A+B/4A+BBB For re-gi's 70-Damage possible ring-out. 4. i18-Frames 3kB - Setup for ringout.

Asura = 69-Damage (possible ring-out)
Asura JF = 80-Damage (possible ring-out)

The value from Asura comes from being guaranteed being immune to re-gi's and tech jumps. Nothing more nothing less.

7. I respect Ivy as I think she is underrated and I believe she is kilik's hardest matchup. However she is not top 5.

Extra tidbits:

I noticed u said Sophie is beast and if ur implying that she is top 5 I hope u do realize I play Ramon all the time. Also Sophie has no mixup. None! She has to work hard for her damage! Last but not least i'm 100%positive that other Sophie players would easily tell u she's not top 5 if that's what ur implying.

Also if u think Kilik is telegraphed u have issues.
 
For the sake of the debate. Let's say Mitsu has a better Post-GI game.

The point of the statement was to inform u that Asura is good because it is guaranteed. Immune to re-Gi's and tech jumps. Also what I left out was that a tech-jump Asura can range from 88-90-Damage if I remember correctly. The JF that is.

In cases like Astaroth and Rock. You simply substitute Asura for regular GI's and the damage either equivalent to Asura is still there with the loss of being guaranteed to the advantage of a regular GI being more potent in how many things can be GI'ed for the same relative damage.
 
About Sophi, I know that the French apperently consider her as one of the best in the game, but to me the fact that she is so basic and straightforward makes her one of the easiest characters to read. You can't really expect any gimmicks or surprises with her.

I agree that Kilik's post GI is probably the best.

No, I was sincere with what I said. Hilde's bad matchups are the only thing that stops me from putting her at #1.
