Putting these all together is a nice reminder of the sheer volume of CAS that have appeared in this thread. A lot of interesting builds, some serious , some not so serious. VILARCANE, your work is the definition of original. There's a whimsical quality to all of it that is uniquely yours.........the kind of thing that if I tried would just be forced and unauthentic........a style all your own as they would say, and the hallmark of all the really good CAS artists in this forum.
There, happy? No impersonal likes, just a well-considered commentary........obviously I won't go through this entire mass of characters one by one....suffice to say the Biker is my favorite, and as a prehistorian/archaeologist myself I enjoy the humor of your Flintstonesque Cro-Magnon , but am inspired to create an archaeologically accurate rock-shelter dweller (yes, I know my French prehistory......... is your prehistoric brute Solutrean or Magdalenian?)
Thanks, whimsical is one of my favourite english words, and i certainly love that word being used to describe my CAS collection...As Chobek pointed out, i know for a fact i have reached a level of technical mastery of the editor that has opened a lot of new possibilities for messing around and doing all sorts of stuff, and while most of the ideas i had were brought to virtual life in convincing fashion, there are many brilliant ideas i made mental notes of i simply couldn't make work in the editor itself.
Now I am left with those miserable 220+ CAS to play with with my kids and friends, poor me ;o)
Oh, you are an archeologist, how interesting, i hope you noticed Jungle Leixia then as well as my cavemen.
A biker archeologist i guess then, wow, impressed !
Very funny for you to mention Magdalenian age, as it is also called "Age of the Reindeer" (see above hehe), because Magdalenians used animal bones to create tools and weapons, so i'd definitely go for Magdalenian for Cavegirl (see her head dress ;o)
And of course seeing your very good Tiger head warrior, i'd love to see what your Rock Shelter Dweller frenchman would look like ;o)
I will come up with a bonus CAS for you, mr Archeologist...stay tuned and please don't "like" it (if you get me ;o)
