and more importantly did you post all of them in your blog (you know i love your blog), cuz i know your blog in and out and i don't recall seeing 500...you prolly talking bout your figurine collection, right ? :P

I love your prose so much, really reminds me of the best word artists and reviewers out there...

I know the whole collection must be pretty intidimating (at least in numbers, but i know people with a moustache who got nightmares after setting eyes on some of them)...

yeah, I was only counting the ones we kept ... but if I count the others there would be more... most things posted here have been kept ...we just make multiple users since we don't do the online thing. There are a couple of double ups like with the superheros but most aren't.
...and the blog... no it isn't updated hasn't been for a while. Right now we are just filling the last few slots on a couple of users.. D&D and Gods I will try to post a few each day, but with Gods for example some things go way back to the early days... we knew we would eventually want Zeus and Marduk to fight ... but they took a while to make. So when we finish them off completely maybe I will work on getting the blog in shape.

Hmmmm.... Joe makes more than I do especially lately ...... And we tweak each others work.. So there is a lot of back and forth...I would say 70% are his... Maybe more, he does a lot of the recreations.... I do most of the contest and challenge stuff.
We have 13 saves 12 are full or just about and # 13 we just started.

Lil Vil did a good job with the Cook :)
You probably would have had more if space wasn't a concern... You stopped a few times or held back because of space issues. It is easier for us because we don't play on line.

now sadly there is a very limited audience for your stuff lately (or mine for that matter), life goes on :P

anyways, keep sharing, i might not like 100% of them, but 70% hell yeah !

I have to admit I am not too concerned by audience... It's nice to share.... But we would be doing this anyway.... Joe lurked on 8wayrun through all of SoulCalibur IV . I like the challenges... They push me in directions I wouldn't normally go and the experience of connecting with people from all over the world has been great...but ... I am surprised that this board is as active as it still is.

....and about not liking 100% of them... I wouldn't expect you to :)... Or anyone.... Sometimes the things that make us happy are unimportant to others, and after a point I want variety in my collections and sometimes the contrast I need is simplicity. Many times I have loved a character in game but they are lack luster here... And vise versa. Like on the recreations... I hate adding detail if it isn't there .... There is nothing I hate more than movie versions of Superheroes where they add extra detail or flair to take away from spandex suits being kinda stupid. I am just fine with stupid.
... And that is how Joe beats me so thoroughly on the numbers... He is the recreation person, I have my input and I have done a few (the muppets were mine) but after awhile I just couldn't keep up. :)

I always like your stuff using the regular characters.... I don't think that Joe or I have ever tried that.... I don't know why.

thanks...doing 3Ps is refreshingly relaxing and opens new avenues in CAS creations, because of the unique faces essentially (well, not quite here admittedly :o)....

stay aligned ?...yes, why shouldn't it ?...i mean since both the arrow and the shirt are linked to the chest portion of the CAS.
 
Hello, today i have turned 40 yo. Midlife, well more than midlife considering lefthanders have a lot of gifts yet have an average life expectancy 10 years shorter that right handers.
I was thinking...

Does it affect my psyche and morale in any way ? no
Do i regret spending maybe 15 to 20 days of my life making CAS ? no
Do i know why i am still lurking this forum when almost everyone i know and loved deserted it ? no
Do i understand why Kokoyoshi made an alter ego CAS that doesn't even use the right nose or skin tone ? no
Did i like him revealing his true identity and his cool looks ? yes
Am i not the oldest living CAS creator in this forum ? yes
Am i gonna do a 40 th anniversary CAS that will blow your mind ? depends...

I guess I could answer your questions out of fun. They're in this color.
