some things:
When you block any of Yoshi's kick lows outside of, like, 2k, WS B should be your punish.
If you block any sword lows (22a, 214a), WS AB or 66K for 214A, for 22A all you can do is 2A.
Your default reaction to Yoshi copter stance should start with low block, because you can't react to the low but you can react to the slower mid. If he starts getting fancier with higher copter/cancels you can deal from there with practice.
Yet another reason not to use 4b+k~g, you lose guaranteed combo damage when you guard crush with it. You effectively nerf yourself when you use this move.
You kind of play one move at a time, and seem really uncomfortable with movement. I'd loosen up a little.
