Algol Top 10 moves, now with 100% bubbles.

Also, 623ABK, if the B is ever blocked, THEY CAN NOT GI OR STEP the K it seems like. I sat in practice mode trying to GI that shit forever, but it's so damn hard because you have to recover from BT first. Sophie AA seems to be able to interrupt the B though. Can step the B too, but since the 623 A is already safe and they risk stepping, they pretty much set themselves up for BT mixups.

That means anything i12 or under interrupts it (i.e. Sophitia, Yoshi, Amy, X, Taki). Fuck those characters to hell.

Also, the 6K series seems very nice. You can hold the second K for a tiny bit to hit check, and it'll still NC, I think.
 
Oh I f'n love 6K. The charge is NOT easy to react to and people that haven't seen it before will eat the 2nd hit, a lot. It's possibile to step the charge but not the uncharge, which is also handy to keep in mind.
 
ye the guardbreaker pushes them back a good distance too. so you can backdash and continue bubble pressure.

would algol even be good without his bubbles? i tried using him without bubble pressure and i actually have to work my ass off for a kill. bubbles makes life so much easier.

I think he is awsome even without his bubble shield, in a lot of casual matches i dont even use it, ofcourse at a tourney (im allowed to use him in Australia) ill be using it lol.


you will never be able to actually to get 623 ABK started unless your opponent is stunned though

why would you say that?
 
Well thse arnt in order and probably arnt his top 10 but just sum of his fav moves for me:

1) 2B+K Gud dmg and fast
2) WR B Can lead to some big damaging combo's
3) BB - Best BB ingame
4) 1a Great low poke with big range
5) 2A+K - Decent low thats fairly safe if followed up with A+B. If they hold X they A+B will bounce em up giving allowing u to do a 8B+K throw
6) 8A+K - Funny when you catch sum1 in mid air like mitsu's 7A+B or sumthing XD
7) 1K - Quick low poke
8) The bubblbes - No explanation needed
9) 3aa - gets sidesteppers and stuns
10) 3BB - Quick and steps in

5) 2A+K - followed by a bubble which bounces em up from block and 8B+K
6) 1A
7) bubbles

Because Algol can fly.....i wish Algol can recover in the air (like from an upper cut or anything that trows you up in the air) that would be crazy...that would change the game.....

why doesn't anyone mention that after 2A+K:A+B you can also hit 2B+K it does alot of damage too.

I do love his 1k followed by 6K[K] it usually catches people
 
Because it's REALLY slow and hard to hit anyone that's awake with it.

Works wonders online xD

And to the other guy theres not much point in using 2B+K if 8B+K does more dmg anyway. And i usually follow up 1k on counter hit with 2A+B aB 11b for guaranteed dmg i think. Or i sumtimes do 1k 11a 2A+B aB 11b (ive tried 22b here it does alot more dmg but they can tech out of it, whats funny is when they roll forwards then you can rebounce em up and pretty much take 80% of there hp xD
