GG and SC4. I watch a lot of videos just to learn more about fighting some games, but GG is just simply amazing because of all of it's options at any given time (and I love seeing Venom players dominate for one reason or another). SC4 is because, to me, save a few, there's really no unseeable lows. So, except for throws, most of the wins are simply someone beings outplayed. On top of that, add to the fact that the characters (in both SC and GG), and have different playstyles and couple that with the spacing of the game and the pressure the threat of a RO or CF can add to a player and it's pretty interesting.
But, like I said, I watch a lot of fight vids. To me, the absolutely most boring ones are Tekken and SF4. Those two have their days, too, but, for the most part, it seems like every 'pro' SF player plays their character the exact same way and wins are only gained by whoever can player the safest and punish the hardest. Couple this with the fact that the shotos in that game have answers to damn near everything other characters in the cast have while those other characters are forced to play to the tune of the forementioned shotos and you have a very dull match to watch. On top of that, it seems like you rarely see anyone players anyone other than a couple of characters (though it's not hard to see why).
Tekken, I dunno...even with all of it's flashiness, it just managed to bore me. Though the comebacks always seem to get a spark out of me.
