Create A Soul Mode Patch Ideas

It's a good idea, but I doubt they'll put in letters. They don't even want people making nude colored undies, what would they think if someone wrote curse words all over their character? (the CaS penises were obviously unanticipated, I wouldn't be surprised if they patched that out in the next game).

Also letters on the stickers section. I spent a good hour yesterday trying to write 'HTC' until I realised that some of the chinese characters looked similar enough once rotated.
They know some people will try to type vulgar words like "bitch" on their clothing, so they don't bother adding words. Also consider the fact that all the chinese letters already have a specific meanings rather than being able to put them together to form a word/sentence

Forget about patching as the priority. I want a massive overhaul!

If ever I may consider using CAS, I would like the development of CAS to step beyond the threshold of the gimmicky level.

Dress-up can be fun as well as changing the physical appearance, but these are minor aspects that don't satisfy me enough to use CAS at all.

When I look at today's current gen of powerful consoles + CAS + Fighting game, I think of 2 things (by far):
  1. Customization of move sets from a list of predefined moves.
  2. Building characteristics of your CAS.

Ironically enough, the game that I feel has the most in depth character creator is the WWE games, most recently WWE13. I'm not much into the wrestling games but I bought WWE12 because it was on sale just to see how robust the character creator was and let me tell you... Amazing. You could customize just about anything from the facial features, body, even hair length. The clothing is a little on the bland side but with the help of the stickers, you can make them look awesome. And you could also customize the character's entrance as well as fighting style/moves. Albeit, the moves are very limited but for the most part, it worked out well.

I'm not saying Soul Calibur should be as robust as the aforementioned but I'd love to see deeper customization of the face and I'd love to be able to build my own hairstyle like how you can in Tekken 6/Tekken Tag tournament 2 as well as have the option to change the length of the hair like in WWE. As far as the clothes go, just bring lots of them in lol.

And well yeah, I agree with what you said. :)

Unisex Parts. For whatever sacrafice it will be on my eyes from other trolling players murdering me with Ivy's outfit on all the men.............. there are some male clothing I want on to use for female characters in that sacrafice. I have characters in mind I want to make but can't complete because the males have the cooler parts, like Cervantes' clothes, Maxi's coat, Nightmare's armour, Xiba's pants, Raphael's coat...etc.

Not to mentions Amy's clothing and hair in the coding of SC5, just not aviliable.

I don't want to get too greedy here but, speaking of that.. what about the SC4 armour that was teased? Why not....just give us all of them to use in packs or something? What about the CAS Voices from SC4 and SC 3 added too?

A Mode for CAS to go through like Weapon Master should be a staple feature for the mode itself.

and...

LET US EDIT THE F***KING FACES... I CANT STAND ALL THE UGLY NEANDERTHAL FACES WE GET AS IF PEOPLE ACTUALY USE ANY OF THEM...

The editing system needs to be more akin to WWE's where we can select different eyes and teeth skins but still toggle the size and positions....

In the future if DLC requires you to download a free compatibility pack in order to see it, then it needs to be mandatory. I loathe having to think in the back of my mind: Am I naked to them? Oh, and if it doesn't affect damage percentages and Broken Destiny's "Active Purge" won't be reinstated then remove that goddammned breakable clothing feature! I didn't spend all my hard earned money or my time in creation mode just to be left in my skivvies in the second round!
