Nah, I understand what he's getting at. They thought the fanbase would take better to a good story, but ended up sacrificing most of the gameplay people ACTUALLY pick up NG for. Not a great idea. Still, this means I should hold out for a Sigma, right?
To me, NG3 seemed like they were trying to go after more of a Batman Arkham Asylum type game mode. If you notice, when playing through a level you'll have an intermission where you're forced into playable dialogue, this is used to allow for the loading to happen without make you think you're at a "loading" section. It was definitely one thing I think they got right but overall the enemies felt like they weren't a challenge and were just checkpoints to the story.

fck tag mode in this game. it's broken and promotes bad gameplay.
don't know why people hating on Pai. if you hate Pai then you hate pie. if you hate pie then you hate Betty White. if you hate Betty White then you hate Jesus. simple as that :D plus the skill level required from her is higher then almost every character. her damage output is so low and she requires extensive knowledge about her character as well for her throws and holds to utilize them properly.

j/k. But Tag mode is probably my favorite feature of DOA simply cause...of the insaneness of possibilities. It's just different, always to my knowledge, has been. My favorite version of the DOA tag modes were DOA2Us. Haven't had a chance to really mess with DOA5s.

So I put DoA in your Ninja Gaiden and Ninja Gaiden in your DoA. So now you can have DoA in DoA and Ninja Gaiden in Ninja Gaiden.

I believe most of the first two or three pages of the title list menu is story mode titles. Highlighting the ones you have locked will tell you how to unlock them. If they sound really stupid like you should already have them "Land 2 wake up attacks", "Perform 3 hi-counter throws", etc. then they should be story titles.
Post the descriptions you are missing here and I can try helping you out on which story level you need to complete.

Thanks, Got up to 250 by guessing which ones which. Plus grinding through the arcades. Because when you pick "Try Again" it bumps up the character usage.
