DEVASTATION 2010 - SC4, T6, SSF4, Halo 3 and more!

Could somebody who knows the area tell me how far walking distance the Sheraton Phoenix is in regards to the venue's location? I looked it up and it doesn't look far at all but I'm getting some minor surgery done the week before this and need to know should I just get the room at the Hyatt.
Would be a shame since I get my rooms at the Sheraton for $49-69 a night and would rather stay there if it's about the same distance.

GreatOne: If you're talking about the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel, then judging by the map on the site, you're about a block away from the Convention Center. The Hyatt is right across the street, but a block away for the Sheraton isn't that far.

Make sure it's the Downtown Hotel and not the Airport one though. Both are "Sheraton Phoenix".
 
Yeah, it's the one downtown. Appreciate it. And for anyone out there who may need it, if it looks like we can for sure make it out there I could probably get 2 extra rooms at that rate of at most $69 a night. Hope that can help someone.
 
I'm currently thinking about purchasing a ticket for this real soon to minimize the price. I'm wondering what time and specific days the tournaments for Soul Calibur 4, Tekken 6BR, and Super Street Fighter 4 are gonna start and end so I chose when to fly out to save on hotel fees. Can u provide this info Dr.Dogg?

Right now, hardly anyone has said they don't want the ban implemented, and both characters are banned at GAMME, so it's leaning heavily in that direction. Plus, we have to get the VICIOUS out to the desert again. I'll make an official announcement Monday, but right now it's looking like the ban will be in place.

We'll be posting the complete schedule very soon (probably next week). What I know right now is that SC4 (singles), Tekken 6 and SSF4 will have finals on Sunday. I'm pretty sure T6 and Super will run all day Saturday with only casuals and maybe team tournaments on Friday. SC4 I'll have to check on. I'm pretty sure we have it on Saturday as well, but I want to double check before confirming that.

Also, would you still be coming if we ban Algol/Hilde?

Lobo, there's a T6/SF4 tournament in Tucson this weekend. You want in?
 
Dr.Dogg: I'm thinking about it because of $600.00 Guaranteed. Though it doesn't mean much cause the ticket is looking like 400.00 right now. The other incentive is KrayzieCD. He is the last legend in the states that I haven't played offline yet. The bans get overrided in this case. So i'm thinking about it. I don't think I have met TagYourPregnant yet either one of the few SC Girls lol :).
