If you take two players that could be considered to have equal skill, and one is using a low tier and the other a top tier. Doesnt that mean that the higher tier character has a huge advantage. Now of course, obviously the low tier character can still win. But if you look at it this way. Top-T doesnt have to worry about that much. Low-T has to worry about a ton of stuff. So its not only about what options you can do, its also about the amount of things the other person has to worry and learn to defend against.
