You're probably putting it in too fast. If you treat it like a fastest input the B will never come out. The actual window for the B is somewhere between the first and second hit. Alternatively you can do what I do and pretend it's AABB. Comes out every time.

Alone, Talim's AAB isn't that good... but with Rising A+B, then AAB, it's pretty cool.
