You mean from this thread closing down? I say it would be a loss because this character could easily turn out to be quite interesting.
Or if you mean from the bad joke point of view? I say this because some people are more serious than others; they might not see this as a joke.

Belonging in a big family should make you have pride in yourself not shame.
I am Greek, I live with people who have big families, I belong to one and yes I am proud of that.
You just got it very very wrong.

How is she calling them sluts? you should think twice before posting such a thing....
 
Who wants Leixua to inherit SXS? I loved the mixup opportunities but some might prefer X's style to go back to all out rushdown. I might make a separate thread for this...
 
The Mage is not sure of your opinion and to make a new thread for it would be considered a troll thread because this is the "Leixia Discussion Thread" where you are supposed to discuss your ideas.

I liked SXS, though I hated the fact that many of her moves would lead into that stance, causing X stay at disadvantage and open for some hits. I really want Leixia to be like (or improved version) of SC2's X, but she should keep SXS and enter it by using a special input, not by cancelling moves... And it should be quicker... Seriously the best way to enter it is [A+K] which I think is a bit slow now...
 
A[A] is a pretty good way to enter SXS, but I agree that it should be quicker. Someone with a little practice can interrupt even SXS K on reaction.
 
The are loads of good ways to enter SXS, but loads of bad ones too. I don't think it needs to be quicker though, it's pretty useful if you use it sparingly. It's mainly only other X players that can genuinely watch for and react to the transitions.

I liked the way it fit X's style of play, using unpredictable pokes and surprise attacks. I also liked the charge mechanic, but I think it's likely that any such mechanic will be replaced by the new soul gauge system for Leixia.

Huh? If a lot of people post about SXS it'd be better to make a separate thread, like on the SCV Siegfried board where there're many threads.
 
i liked the idea of SXS but having to gain charges to do her (imo) useful move (throw/GB B) from it is kinda lame . Doing it from moves seems more fluid to me and matches her i think. While you don't get any frame adv. you do get mental adv. I mean how many time have you landed A,A, B<--- because you have someone expecting SXS or landing ch SXS A or K because someone was expecting you to finish a move, saw SXS and was like oh shit! and tried to hit you or something ASAP?

So IMO keep SXS fluid but lose the charges and keep B a guard break because it is slow already compared to A & K
