I hate mirrors. Your greatest strenghs are also his. You won't be at advantage in any range. I won't get into details about Raph's weaknesses, a two minute search through this SA will tell you that. Just know this: Raph can punish prep like no other. At close and mid ranges, FC3B beats all prep options. Outside of FC3B range, 236B will do it. Just don't stay too long in prep on a mirror match
 
Fit in as much 6BB as you can.

Against 22B, 22A, fc3B (close), BB, 6K
 
Also, in a mirror match you've no excuse to eat dumb shit like the L in AB, or not crouching/TCing the 2nd hit of Prep K BE. Also, 3B will stuff ALL SE options on reaction (just wait for the sway then BOOM) at nearly any range.

Wouldn't BBB kill SE for better damage?? It also gives +2 while 3B is 0 unless you want to enter Prep and get thrashed by the other Raph once you finish your combo. Btw, it's strange how Prep will get punished more in a mirror MU than in other matchups despite other characters having more threatening Anti-Prep options.
