Okay, so this design isn't actually a duck. Whatever, duck, human, same thing, right?

Design notes:
- The Changbao is cut at the waist by the Oathbearer's Sash. With the placement of two pairs of Goddess' Feather Brooches, the Changbao is transformed into a double-breasted trenchcoat. Buttoned pocket stickers on the front, back, and sleeves provide detail and color differentiation.

- The Oathbearer's Sash is given a houndstooth pattern on both the outside and inside.

- The zigzag pattern at smallest size is seen on the Over Knee Pants.

- The gloves are just the exposed part of the Sea King Gambeson.

- The design admittedly isn't too reminiscent of the original, but the prompt asks for something that fits within the SC regular cast, so that influenced part choices (e.g. Tyrolean Hat instead of a fedora made of a Fez and a flattened Cone).

My vote goes to Gatsu this round.

Nadia is uncharacteristically simple and Lady Oscar has some interesting things going on under the suit, but it was Captain Harlock that stole the show, for me. The red, black, and gold color scheme (on a non-red-black-and-gold-grimdark-and-edgy design) immediately catch the eye. The ornate stripe pattern on the undershirt, stickers on the vest, and use of quality DLC pieces make the design detailed without being messy. The feathers blend into the hair almost flawlessly. Great work, as usual.

My vote goes to Holy's Cruella
Very distinctive character, fun choice
I like the head, both face and hairs

My vote is going to go to HolyCarp's Jasmine. I actually made an entry and was going to post, but it just looks too similar to HolyCarp's Jasmine.

NeclordX-Venger

We spent the first weekend of this month watching our DVD set of Dungeons & Dragons beginning to end.... So I might be a bit biased... :)
I think this is a good SC version of the character.

Harlock really hit a chord with me as we'll....

(Sorry to have missed this one, it was a great idea)

Gatsu's techical level and overall appearence (I could recognize them anywhere due to high similarities with the originals) takes my vote this time. Is just too impressive to ignore it.

I liked Neclord's entry, but it felt a little too much like a 1:1 remake. I also respect how Pascuzzi took on the biggest challenge which required a lot of creative licence; but even still, the stand out characters for me were Lady Oscar and Harlock, so I'm gonna vote for Gatsu.

Thanks to all!

Soul Caliburize a Street Fighter Character!
street-fighter-best-characters.jpg

Chose a character and imagine how will look in SC age, considering his/her country of origin, style and so on
Possibly don't go herp derp chosing DevilJin style "because is hand-to-hand", select the right weapon can add a lot to your design!
You should keep character's national origin, but you can change it if you have solid explanation: example Guile can be one of the first settlers in America, or be still in England

It can be from any SF chapter, for sources the easiest way is give a look to the cast of
-Super Street Fighter 4 AE
-Street Fighter 3: Third Strike
-Street Fighter Alpha 3
-Street Fighter EX3
In these 4 games you can basically find the entire SF universe

RULES:
-Entries are allowed from now to 28 April
-Voting start 29, last three days
-Post as many entries as you want.
-Vote goes to the single character, if you get 5 votes for your Ryu and 3 for your Chun Li, you got 5 votes

Good Necro, and props to have done even a side character too :D

About SF3, i LOVED that game, was awesome. But for my tastes the cast revolution was terrible
Basically i'm on the "glad they returned to origins" boat :D

Neclord, that's just, I'm speechless. That's gonna be tough to top though. I'll probably end up doing Sakura or Karin.
