Well it's not something about the BE move that makes it special, it's just because it contains all of the attack buttons.

You could do agA+G as well and you would get agA
 
What should i do if i get a guard crush close to the edge, where a GS B, GS B, GS K BE would knock them away and make it whiff? 3(B), GS K BE?

i think you can tech out of the GS K BE from 3(B), it's not a foolproof combo, but i'd use it regardless though since most people don't seem to like to tech.

if you are extremely close to the edge, you can try aGA, it has a sorta frontal side knockdown

and i think GS B GS B most of the time would have already ring out your opponent unless it's an extreme awkward angle.

3(B) > GS K BE is 100% free as far as I know. as long as the 3B launched and didn't tip hit of course
 
I've had some characters like Pyrrha tech out of 3(B) > GS K BE if you don't do it fast enough. I think as long as you do it at the first possible moment its completely guaranteed.
 
probably a timing thing, i swear sometimes the AI can tech out the GS K BE part. Funny how you can connect with 3(B) but not with 66B.
 
Oh when i say edge i mean for wall. Sorry for confusion. The problem being is that sometimes it doesn't splat them because the GS K BE gets all fucked up.
 
I'm surprised no one has done a clean hit study. Nightmare has a shit load of clean hits. Maybe the most in the game!

I swear 4A has a clean hit, but for the life of me I couldn't get it to trigger. Could be wrong.

No 4A doesn't clean hit. Really unfortunate it would go great with the damage boast.
 
hahaha NSSb:A being 81 on CH and Clean Hit is pretty ridiculous, i've seen it land a few times, and everytime it lands i can almost see the tears coming out of my opponents.
 
Is 44B NH into 2A+B a combo? Inc NM new best oki if this is the case.

Edit: Damn its techable to one side but 1 (A) is a must block if they tech to that side.
 
Okay as a follow up. B+G wall against asta, NM, voldo, Algol, Raph I find that 4KK can actually connect in certain angles.

I also find that B+G W GSKBE works on NM, Aeon, Raph And probably works on the characters I have listed for 4KK (Male).

It didn't work on pyrrha.(Correction B+G W 4KK also kinda works on her, so does GSKBE)


These are hailmary strats when you need to take a risk to comeback.
