Place: Pop Ups internet cafe.
9736 Elk Grove Florin Rd,
Elk Grove, CA 95624

Date: April 11th 2009, 12pm

Fees: $10 entry fee. Pot will be split 60/20 for 1st and 2nd place. As for now there is no 3rd place prize, it will be added if enough entries are made.

Rules:
Will be played on PS3.
Only banned player is Yoda.
No Custom characters
No Infinite combos (if they even exist)
Double elimination.
Matches will be of 2/3, 3/5 for finals
Default time and HP/Soul gauge
Character lock for winning player
Random stages
Control setting adjustments are ok but must be
made at the character select screen BEFORE match begins
Feel free to bring your own controller
And the owner and his family are usually around so please watch you language

Me and my bro can come, we only have a 360 though. We could bring it if you dont mind having 360 in the tournament.
 
Yeah i already said all controllers are ok. And if both players agree to play on 360 thats fine as long as you have a copy of the game.

As PS3s are the system of choice for tourneys, it's likely everyone will want to stick to PS3s unless EvilParagon ends up having to play his bro or something.
 
Why is Yoda banned?

And it says random stages, but are people allowed to keep the same stage when they lose? I'd assume so, but it doesn't say.
 
So I heard a lot of the good Norcal players were making the trip up to Sac. I suppose I can pay a visit too. :3
