there are alot of linear moves that are harder to step and punish because the characters have other options in the same situations that beat out step (at least to that side), but Amy's pretty limited in that. 33B and 66B+K for example, Amy can't do anything else at long range (66A is trash) so they're easy to step unless she's using 33B as a short range mixup, then it's harder. And you're not really gonna see any Amy players doing 66K...(I'm not sure of the effectiveness of that move anyways, but it'll beat step).
Amy's 2B+K is extremely short range, so her ass it gonna get close enough to do it, then she's gonna stop and pop, so when she stops, you can step all of her mixups to the same side pretty much, cept for 3A. So she's easier to step than most characters because of the range of 2B+K. 6BB you anticipate cause Amy players like to do that shit at their disadvantage, so if you have a character with a good TC that can kill step also (otherwise she can step and 33B you if you guess wrong), you can hurt her for 6BB abuse.
...don't get me wrong tho, she's still cheap as shit, cause you're forced to defend and punish her all day, not much offensively you can do against her ass.
