Hey I agree with the creators statement about the amount of copied crap that comes from CaS.

I love creating & designing my own characters. I cant show any though. unfortunately my SCIV disk got scratched.

I am really hoping there are more CaS Exclusive characters because it means you can create a truly unique character with there own unique fighting style.

I am really disappointing that there are only too truly New Fight Styles (Viola & Z.W.E.I)
But I am still looking forward to it and I am getting it day one I've pre-ordered Collectors Edition

I will definitely post some of my characters when I get SCV.

BIO: He is a young swashbuckling traveler/Treasure Hunter who is a little curious about the swords and decides to get them for his own selfish needs ( He wants to sell them to the highest bidder). Unfortunately for him he gets defeated by Siegfried.(After SCIV) He then sees that in order to get what he wants he has to get more power so he travels the world in search of dark powers.

In SCV I plan to make
Dark Darius
Fight Style:N/A
Age:39
BIO: 17 years later he returns with a vengeance but he now has dark powers and is much older and less naive. (At this point it is unknown what he did to get these powers) He is corrupted by the darkness - he now wants the swords for more power.
 
I'm going to post mine this week. But I'm having some issues with the camera; it gets too bright and it's hard to see some of their face. I've been trying to show each character in a different background. Is that a good idea?
 
use a light or a dark background depending how youre camera reacts on youre screen....
or use some poses or actions to get the right picture (myself i pick out the best action and when my char isn't moving i get the picture and mostly its a good pic)
 
I am proud to say that I have filled every slot in Create-a-Soul with my characters. All original (with the exception of Madeleine--a reference to a character from 'The Fall of the House of Usher'), all glorious in my opinion. Granted, some are the same character in different outfits and with different weapons, but that character's background lends to it and since he likes to travel and wear different clothes, it works. All the same and I'm sure this has been touched on--my peeve comes from seeing someone make an interesting looking character and then when the name comes up it's 'CUSTOM 32' or 'CUSTOM'. It really irks me since they are literally THIS CLOSE to making someone cool and then they fall down at the finish line. As for my characters, I'll see how well my camera works on taking pictures of my TV and then I'll see about posting some up here.
 
On SCIV, I guess it was the limitations of clothing design (and that god-awful stats feature) that lost some originality to the mix, but with the design feature on SCV, I'm sure the creativity of characters will be at a much better improvement.

Personally, I design my own characters, and if the game includes a customization or creation feature, I am always sure to include "fanfiction" characters into the mix.

Sucks I won't be able to share them until I have enough money to get SCV.
 
I'm just upset that the armor break still happens but now you loose everything at once but the pants. the break can still happen in the first round too. i was sad face over that and wondered why they kept it if there is no more penalty. oh well. I'm still gonna make my originals and they're still gonna look awesome!

Though a little detail, they could have added the option of what parts break during the armor break, like a "breakable: ON/OFF" option when giving parts in CAS. If all is OFF, and when the armor break happens, it will be like Ezio and all the guests/bonus characters in SCIV.

I see sir exodus is much like myself in this respect. Figured as much. When 5 comes out I will be posting all mine on this thread.

From what I hear, you can set which breaks and which does not. We will find out how true that is soon enough.
