my god RedSergX
he joins my player rooms just to send hate and abuse with unbeatably bad grammar, he says he uses edge master so that means he's better than me... but he's only decent with Mitsu, and spams ground bombs with natsu.
If you want to see him again, I'll invite you to a player room if you want xP

Why even bother listing them? There are three simple steps to getting over RQ's.

1. Kick their asses.
2. Laugh when they rage quit.
3. Enjoy the fact that you're getting better by actually taking the time to play people who beat you and get over whining about the rage quitters.

For future reference. I do those on your list already. You know you can suspect someone is ragequitting when they have high winning percentage but when you play them they're so so, not punishing or do punishable moves, stuff like that. So my fingers are always itchy to spam Pyrrha O's 66B just because and they quit. But they come back! That's the beauty! In hoping revenge could possibly take place. Sometimes I really don't want them to come back. As I have a short memory span (don't care actually who they are), I need a list to remember by.

It doesnt really matter if the person i play against sux or not, either way is fun. In ranked, during SC4, i didnt mind letting someone win if they are a beginner, and its something i did frequently. Ragequitters suck but its not really about losing its about fair play. I dont mind losing to someone if they've earned it.
