Random/Fun SC Facts

AFAIK aeon/lizardman was a human before turning into a lizard...man and he used to fight along sophitia. When he became Lizardman he was very confused and didn't remember anything about his past.
 
Story-wise, if you play Cervantes Edge Master mode in Soul Blade, you can see Voldo speaking "Master Vercci" after the battle between them. In Voldo EM mode, you can also see his speaking (or maybe thinking?) with his master.

and guess what? they all sound so much alike. If you're interested though, listen to Bailey in Dissidia. She voices Cloud of Darkness. I was surprised to hear it was her but that's just me. But now that I think about, didn't she voice Lust in Full Metal Alchemist? And if I'm not mistaken, she uses the same voice for Cloud of Darkness too so, never mind. She doses reuse the same voice for her characters -_-
 
You can't blame a voice actor/ess for using the same voice for characters. If you ask someone to play a voice of an emotional teen girl she's gonna use her emotional teen girl voice, especially when her emotional teen girl voice happens to be a 10/10.

Baileys voice becomes different if the character she's playing is different. Christie from DOA5 British accent lol.

Oh wow, I didn't know she played Christie! My mistake then. Maybe I should look more into her roles before I post anything else lol.

I couldn't agree with you more! His voice made Zuko so interesting. The minute he spoke he instantly became my favorite character.

Maybe if Xiba was voiced by him, I'd main him lol jk.

But yeah, he really needs to play more roles. Add a bit more variety. It'd also be interesting to hear both him and Johnny voicing side by side you know?

There are a lot of people who voice cartoons I think needs to go into anime dubbing and spread their talents. Funimation bores me with the same 3 actors in every show they do; inaccuretly potraying age groups they don't sound a thing like.

Cheryl Chase and EG. Daily for some.
Cheryl actually sounds like a (bratty) little girl which anime has a lot of.
and EG. Daily does a boy voice that actually sounds like a boy and not a boy with a girl's voice.
Actually most people who did 90's cartoons DID sound like children come to think of it; where as anime dubs provide me with the meme of children sounding like 30 year-olds or Helium addicts. (Hope they dont ruin Usagi's voice in the reboot SM... because nobody sounds like an actual child at Funimation....)

As for fun facts, uhhhh. I think Kilik has more quotes that the rest of the cast.
What's especially amusing is if he has Damp style does the CE, at the end he says "My apologies."
 
Random facts:

• In SC1, If Cervantes isn't unlocked, Ivy fight's Taki. Probably to fight over which character is the sexiest. Silly girls. That's Voldo!
• If anyone besides Kilik (and maybe Edge Master and Xiba) were it handle the Kali-Yuga, it would turn into another Soul Edge;
• In SC1, there was an extra weapon demonstration (exhibition) for Maxi, where he used 2 nunchaku instead of one;
• Edge Masters blood type is "O," the universal blood type. I wonder why.
• One of Cassandra's unlockable weapons in SC2 is the Red Crystal Rod, with the Red Striped Shield. These are items from the Namco "Tales of" series of RPGs. It originally came from "The Epic of Gilgamesh," the oldest story on record.
 
Patroklos is the first Sword and Shield human without a butt attack.
CaS Elysium when mimicking Omega will not have Sophitia Frame Data.
Soul Series is the one of the few fighting game series that not have a single character that have been playable in all games.
