adding a small cast shadow would create a sense of depth. would also give an excuse for lighting if you so choose to put it in. but since the drawing already has a light source, it would just add to it.

keeping your image clean instead of throwing it underneath the design layer would help make the image pop even more by breaking up the pattern so it doesn't feel flat.

having said that. still a fun image.

Peanut butter has protein http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts/legumes-and-legume-products/4366/2 as do almonds http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts/nut-and-seed-products/3085/2 . I also eat egg sandwiches but tonight it's peanut butter and honey.

I understand they have very small amounts of protein and high in fat. For a healthy diet you should really be dividing your caloric intake of macronutrients as such: 30% protein, 50% carbs, 20% fat.

There is no secret diet, you have to take your BMR and subract by 500 cal and keep the 30/50/20 split. But, if your carrot and almond diet works and you feel good, more power to ya!

By the way, are you learning Sets now or what?
