SC Controversial Topics and General Shitposting Thread

I mean they can go with era appropriate skimpy outfits for the whole cast. If they manage to include that and then add an option to disable custom CAS costumes in online matches, that would be perfect.

I don't think I've seen anyone say how robot Astaroth in V and Ashlotte in IV were atmosphere/aesthetics breaking.

A lot of the cast isn't even wearing era appropriate attire.

So what, like Armorkinis for the ladies and chain mail banana hammocks for the guys?

Whatevs. I’m a sucker for any customization that allows me to execute dressupdollyfashionsplosion2k18.exe.dll.tmp.tar.gz.

I’ve spent countless hours in creation modes tweaking costumes and matching colors. I hope they have as robust a system as they have in the past few games.

Also I hope for a true black color, not the almost Vanta Black that blurs out all distinctive lines, but something darker than a deep gray.

Also hues. I hope they bring back the ability to intensify, or lighten, the hues of the colors. That is something that Tekken is sorely missing from its customizations.

You have to at least give the title of that thread so that we don't have to give Gamefaqs any extra traffic.

Here it is for everyone to judge:

Is Talim celibate?

Damn didn't know gamefaqs had such a bad rap.

@MichaelJackson I personally love customizing appearances in any game I play. Having the coolest scariest armor was far more important to me than wearing effective armor in Dark Souls for example, even when invading. So options are always good, from the serious to the ridiculous or even the scandalous.

Yes! Fashion Souls is best souls.

Who cares about getting 10 more points of damage or a little bit more stamina when you look like trash? Looking at you, Havel Gauntlets + non matching other pieces.

One of my guilty pleasures in SCV was to join the customs lobbies and just see what people had made real via vivid imagination and creative use of object placement.

I have a very stately Astaroth with a top hat, jacket, and a Wilford Brimley-esque mouatache made up of shrunken down, upside down horns?

Good times.

Since this is a shitposting thread, can I complain how Mitsurugi's butt still seems to be flat? Seriously, it barely has any roundness, it could only be worse if it was a Minecraft butt. Males have hot butts too, they should be nice and round, like Dorian's one, from Dragon Age Inquisition:

I remember a story on reddit about a guy who named his character 'FASHION POLICE' and he would invade people and carry around binoculars and would judge their outfits. I love Dark Souls.

Thank god From fixed it in BB were armor doesn't matter at all.

That said some Victoriam options on CaS would make my gay ass happy, even tho I think they were in the Elizabethan era back then.

Oh my god Bloodborne has great art direction and armor/weapon design. If there was ever a PS4 exclusive fighter included in Calibur, I’d want it to be a hunter. Either a generic “hero” hunter, Gehrman, Eileen the Crow, or Gascoigne.

Oh god yesssssssss!

I think Gascoigne would be the most likely, he is fairly popular and his weapon combo is quite unique, I feel like a generic hunter would be cool, but not as cool since there is little characterization there.

That said, now more than ever I think we will get a Dark Soul characters, with the Remaster on it's way and all. Also, the fact that both are Soul series is too pun-ny to not work out.

Uh, first of all, hi. New guy here.
Second of all, I absolutely love Bloodborne and would love the addition of a hunter-esque character as a guest in SC6, despite me not being too fond of the idea of guest characters in the series in general. I agree that the art style and weapon design is beautiful and someone like Gascoigne or Eileen would be more than welcome additions to the roster from my perspective. Gehrman would be brilliant too, especially if we don't get Zasalamel in the core roster.
Speaking of guest characters, I know everyone's saying this, but Geralt of Rivia or even Ciri would be more than welcome too, as a blossoming Witcher fan.

Yeah agreed, the designs are great and wouldn't be too out of place in SC. I would personally love Gherman the most but if Zasalamel is in then he wouldn't feel is original, but they can make him unique if they tried. The Hunter MC would be cool too, they can give him the sawblade, but he wouldn't be characterized enough IMO.

Geralt or Ciri would be extremely popular IMO as the game is loved by a lot of people. I don't know if they fit the game though.

I'm not the biggest fan of guest characters but I guess they're necessary.
