The first thing I'm going to do when I get SCV is check out the new CaS. I'm going to give Leixia red hair.

I'm so glad you can also customize the colors and patterns of your weapon it was almost hard for me to get my CaS characters to match Setsuka's umbrella(s)... hopefully there's a full rainbow pattern so Gaysha can come to full life and rep TeamRainbow in SCV liiiiiiiiike GLBT is gonna' be in full swing ~ people under the family zone is gonna' have to be giving me bad rep online cuz' I am here to homo-fy my characters and and spook these little kids one slash at a time

and it would seem a lot of clothes are now unisex as scene with the Samurai's reveal into a dragqueen/tranny thing wearing the maid blouse shirt? with a skirt? ... my life is giggin'

haha I like that. =) I'm quite excited about unisex clothes. I want Patroklos to be able to wear Kuminachi tights.

SCV's Character Creation looks great. But there are a few things that wasn't mentioned that I hope will be thought considered.
1. Can we give 1p costumes to other characters. Because those ones looked great and I like the motifs on some of them.
2. Can we please do something about the clothes destruction. I hate it when my character becomes naked after a lucky shot.
And 3. Choose the quotes and poses a character does.
I could do well with or without these.

equipment does seem to get destroyed but it seems to not disappear if that is the case. in the videos we can see some equipment get destroyed but I think it is relatively rare...also not sure if it actually did anything to character's look.

Thats a double-edged sword. I mean in SC4 the pieces actually remained on the ground when knocked off (of default characters) yet I dont see that here.

That only applied to armor pieces and such (pauldrons, helmets, chest pieces...), but clothing exploded into shreds.

I do like that in SCV, only one piece of clothing ever breaks off from the entire outfit (I think it only stems from a mid-hit guard break, nothing breaks from a high or a low).

At least we no longer have stats tied to equips, which Im sure in SC IV resulted in "Awesome CAS but crappy stats" moments

It should never vaporize though. They should be ripped and torn. Is it that far of a concept?

I really hate the whole idea, I put the outfit there for a reason. I don't want it to blow off, other wise I would just leave my characters in their underwear

It would just be better to see Custom character's clothes get tattered and ripped like someone's 1p costume. I just don't want to make a bad ass character and see him/her naked after the victory.

When does the equipment break? It happens a lot in SCIV, but I didn't see any in this trailer.

Id be cool with it if they had more underwear variety and not just bikini's. I mean, the men didnt even get boxers or bike shorts or the medieval equivalent and females didnt even get anything sexy.. (except the bell dress) And not much cultural.
