For 3B:
CH WR K, 44B+K (only escapable by air controlling back but not left or right, I believe, have to double check) OR 214~3aB (not escapable). Does between 58-64 damage. With 44B+K it does 64, umbrella is 58-61.

For 33B:
That last 33B (in your combo) is not guaranteed if they tech left. The same combo above also hits under the same conditions and does more damage in both cases I believe. I'm not in training right now so I can't check, I'll double check all of these.

A+G into A+K B should be labeled as a Tech Trap.

About CH 4A, 3B, 44B+K..it does 68-70 damage, not 54.

CH 3B, WS K, 44B+K isn't very reliable. Sometimes it hits depending on the position of the opponent's body in the air.

CH 3B, WS K, 214~3a:B does 64-67 damage.

I thought it was guaranteed too, but you have to tech right. You have to tech super fast, and you can't roll on the ground at all. So it's not actually tech rolling to the right as much as a JF right tech, lol, if that makes sense.

I can't believe I have to say something so obvious, but 6A,A is NC, not NCc.

No counter hit needed, friends.


Also, I am almost positive that 33B, bA, 33B is not actually guaranteed as the second 33B can be teched to the left. No matter the distance or the speed, I can never get the second one to hit when the comp is set to tech left.


This thread needs to be cleaned up fo' serious. I'd be willing to do a comprehensive combo list if enough people are interested. You can see my work on the Lizzy, Tira, and Maxi threads for an example of what I mean.

Perhaps "obvious" isn't the right word. I'm really just surprised no one has mentioned it yet. In all the other combo threads there's a hell of a lot more discussion and testing and such.

And what about that 33B, bA, 33B whiffing thing? Anyone else want to confirm or deny? Am I doing something wrong or is Sets' staple juggle not really a true juggle?

if ur opponent just lays there after 214~3B:B the damage will continue to scale.
however if they try to tech(any direction) the damage scaling will reset and they will take more damage. *if they try to tech training mode will not count it as a combo but its still inescapable.

as i said earlier at the bottom of my 1st thread i said most combos that end in 33B can be teched.

I'm just going to bold that statement so people will stop posting about it.

Ok, I've completed draft 1.0 of my combo list, so here goes.

All combo damage was calculated with the opponent at FULL armor meaning the number listed is the base damage. As armor breaks, the damage is scaled up accordingly. Some damage numbers may be off by 1~2 points for more complex combos due to the often unreliable hitboxes in the game.

Every combo listed is GUARANTEED versus Setsuka meaning it can't be escaped though teching or air controlling in ANY direction. SOME of Setsuka's combos are character dependent however, meaning some of the smaller hitbox characters can escape them at some point (mainly some of the A+K combos). I will try to point these out in the list.

Lastly, not every possible combos will be included within. The only combos that belong on this list are combos that contain one or more of the following: High damage combos, far ring out combos, simplistic combos with decent damage, or pure style combos.

Oh, and I wanted to make a seperate post to clarify a few omissions from the list.

Most combos ending in 33B are escapable by everyone by teching left. If it's still on my list, there's some property in the combo that still allows it to hit.

And Skatan, that tiprange combo for 1B:B is escapable because when only the second B hits, the stun it causes is shakable.

I thought that for combos ending in 3B:B into a JF umbrella 33B was guaranteed afterwards (and the same for the JF umbrella after 214B+G). Is that not the case?

Edit: Nevermind, for some reason I thought only the 33B after a bA wasn't guaranteed. Sucks. :(

So, I've been fooling around and I found something interesting but I need confirmation.

After 33B, 11B and 1B:B > 214 B, you do A+K B for standard combo.

Well, after A+K B, if opponent doesn't roll or press G inmediately after fall, you can relaunch with 11B and opponent will float in backward position. Do 2A+B and it will ground stun. From there you can RCC A+K B > JF Umbrella only since A+K B won't launch as high as usual.

From 33B CH, the combo is 135 dmg points.

From 11B is 128 points and from 1B:B > 214B > A+K B is 140 points.

You can also do 11K on ground stun (if your RCC/JF umbrella timing sucks) for less damage but it will put them at 0 frames and in position for 50/50.

Granted, it only works on sleepers but with Setsuka tech catch game, this can take her wakeup game to the next level.

Someone else confirm.
