In my opinion, I don't think the age difference is that strange, considering the time period. Weren't people young when they got married and stuff? :0

I'll gladly ship Algol x Mitsu. I never really got their connection though, but apparently Mitsu is out to find and challenge Algol or something. XD

FYI for anybody interested ~ I wrote an XXX part to the Cervy x Xiba story. I don't know if it's complete yet though, but it does have one scene. XDDD

I can see a pairing between Algol and Mitsurugi, actually, and not just out of some rivalry/hate = they actually love each other. For a long time in Japan, two warriors having sex with one another was considered to be some kind of spiritual perfection, regardless of gender. And in Algol's case, as far as we know he was around when kings were expected to have both men and women in bed (Gilgamesh, anyone?). Those two warriors, great as they are, would probably be busy trying to woo one another to be the one on the bottom when they weren't at each other's throats... in a violent way, of course.

Unfortunately, I can't say I share similar support of pairing Cervantes with Xiba. I think I can see why, though I think someone a bit on the older side would be more likely. Last time I checked, Cervantes was a rapist- okay, Soul Edge made him do it- not exactly a guy into young boys. Strangely enough, I can picture something going on between him and Maxi, though it would probably start out being a bit one-sided. Last time I checked, Cervantes was Catholic, just like the rest of Spain, and so he wouldn't be very keen on it at first.

And no, he's not a priest, so don't even try to say that.

Mitsu was a farmer before he went off to find Algol in SCV, right? I can just picture them together on the farm...laying around and drinking together, sparring with each other every now and then. Night times after dinner would involve competing on who gets to be what position in bed. =3=

After ambushing them and taking all the loot from the ships he made sure to keep some company around for his entertainment and also I bet he used the Soul Edge in more "creative" ways to "suck" the souls out of those brawny men.
