Siegfried SCV Non-Gameplay Related Discussion

Honestly, I would totally settle for all of Siegfried's zweihanders looking like the toothpicky, historically accurate ones (I think the realism would be nice for a change, even if such a drastic change gives Siegfried's hardcore fans PTSD). His joke weapon should so very definitely be a corndog.
Is this likely to happen? Hell naw. Would I like to see it happen? Yes.
I don't mind the giant zweihanders at all, but I still think there should be at least one historically accurate-looking zweihander in the game. It would be nice for a change.

More than an unblockable, I want for 44K to have a follow Just-Input option to land on foot & back-turned.

Back in SB, Sophy partially chased down Sig, but Sig always "shoo!" her away because he was too insane by the time.

In SC1, among the art gallery there's an image of Sig hanging around with Ivy alone, not fighting at all, both of them were settling down & probably chatted of how fucked-up they are after learning about Soul Edge. They had a moment there. Its one of my favorite images in the art gallery in SC1.

Found it.

I found a nice idea for Sieg's joke weapon...
A mummified stuffed Nightmare with a long pole inside him from the head to the... so that Siegfried can hold and show off that trophy of his great revenge. HELL YEAH!

Everyone's turned Siegfried into a polygamist lmao. Yeah we all better get ready to get beat down with 44K, esp. if it's unblockable.

Fuck you Dylan, I'm still a 3[ B] SCH B noob =P
Lol, I stopped being a 3B]~SCH'B noob at SC2. I got fed-up of G2. I'm actually amazed that some Sigs still plays DTN-style up to this day, lol. But.. 3B is finally looking good in SC5, so all that 3Bing might not have gone to waste after all. ^_^

In my case my best weapons are RSH and SSH, stance roullette is my thing... some opponents said that I was trying to get a visual dizzy on them(nota para Jink: Marearlos de tanto girar!)

Stances are my best friends, so I hope for fast roullettes and better stance options. I hope that Daishi adds more moves to the current list of stance's moves.

Question to all you SC3 players:

Does Siegfried's new 3B remind anyone of strife's in terms of animation?

Wow, I forgot that Strife had such fun moves. That 3 hit juggle could look awesome for Sig, reminds me of NM's NBS'8WR+B, B6, 33B combo from SC2. That jumping vertical had looong range, like two times the range of Sig's 44B. strife also has Mitsu's RL'B but from neutral. I liked Strife's AA more than Sig AA btw, & even Strife's single A looks better than Sig's, to me at least.

Thanks for embedding 11Th_Dimension n_n.

The Mage wants Siegfried to have better stances; the ones he has in IV are a bit cheap like his low kick one (The Mage apologizes for his inexperienced Siegfried talk).

SRSH is probably one of his better stances. When you're in SRSH at a frame advantage against a standing opponent, it's the only perfectly 50/50 mixup in his arsenal where both options are both damaging. As it stands, Siegfried currently has good stances - the problem lies in a few particular moves having really dumb properties or frames (SRSH A's everything, SSH B's aGI, SBH B's tracking) and the general lack of safety when going into stance.

Not to mention - cheap is a scrub word.

Only a 50:50 mixup if the scrub can't step though =/

Negative what though? SSH (A) is +1 XD
The only useful setup on a standing opponent, I find to be SCH(A)~6B+K mixed in with heavy use of SCHA. Post GI mixup is the only time you realistically have a 50:50 tbh =/
Online its always a 50:50, but not offline...
