Hmm, considering how I don't really care for pop music, the only jpop artist I really like is Nana Mizuki, probably best known for a various anime songs and inserts (my guess is nanoha is the most well known).

I guess if you count anime music as jpop (i guess it is), I've always liked Yui Horie, especially her latest songs for toradora.
