Reason being is I'm sure Dante has been one of the most requested guest characters by fanboys for years now, he belongs to Capcom (who is working close with Namco now with SFxT/TxSF), and of course with him included it will cross promote the new DMC game that is coming out, similar to how including The Apprentice was cross promoting The Force Unleashed.

Dante is already in MvC3. That's enough promotion right there. regardless of which dante it is. it's still dante.

Don't you mean Peach from SSBM. Her ass explodes in that when used with deadly force. and she also had a slap that could (literally) kill.

yeah her, my mistake lol you know cassandra's booty attack? well Peach will have one that's an instant ring out, it's a Doom Booty Bounce. And if you Brave Edge that shit it'll turn into a GB attack and give an advantage of +9000. She can also pick up random shit from the floor out of nowhere (or under her dresss >.<) and you'll never believe the things I've seen her pull out of there O_O

I hope not. I couldn't play that game because of that stupid looking character model. I wasn't crazy mad over Star Wars but this would ruin the whole game for me.

I kind of agree. I didn't touch the game because it was like devil may eye candy. And I felt like they were insulting the DMC series even though Bayonetta was made by the same director.

I know and even the actual gameplay was weak compared to DMC. The enemies where lame and the whole hair thing fell flat on its ass with me.

I would take anyone over her.

Lloyd/Dart/Levitz- Legend of Dragoon(I can dream at least)
Or even a Big Black Teletubby wielding two 9 month baby sized Smurfs with their hats super glued to their head before i take Bayonetta in Soulcalibur

While Bayonetta is NOT a Guest i will like to see in SC5, about ruin the athmosphere and throw it into shit you can't do worse than SW chars in SC4

agreed. the apprentice; whatever. Darth vader; as overpowered and annoying as I thought he'd be. Yoda; WTF. why did it even come across someone's mind to put that green deformed bug in the game. I hope Team Soul came to their senses.
 
I'm putting my money on a famous FF character as I've always said. I agree that SW doesnt fit into SC4 (although I liked Vader and Galen Marek).
 
I understand that a lot of people would like to see FF slide into the SC universe but most of the FF characters (lightning is the most mentioned.) are already in several games. I'm personally hoping my Bullet Witch Femme Fatelle makes it in but I'm pretty sure that's not going to happen unless they are coming out with a BW2. but if a FF character does come out I don't think a lot of people are going to be surprised but rather "i saw that coming" type attitude.

DMC5(the new western horrible one) is insulting DMC series

DMC4 was damn underrated,both chara design and battle system were lightyears above Ninja Theory(guys making DMC5) productions, but hey marketing say you must sell teh ass to USA,so westernize it

Bayonetta as itself is a great action/fight game,passed just by GodHand(imho still the king) and Ninja Gaiden 1/2, and at level of best DMC games

I don't see how Bayo insult anything,on the contrary is a total tribute of this chara design,atmosphere,gameplay and so on

What about NT dude throw shit over the classic Dante/DMC,trying to explaining why theyr mighty new generation Dante is so much cooler(and failing, fans shitstorm cover him,forcing Capcom to say that two jap guys will work to restyle it)?
Or even worse,the simple thing of Caplol chose to give the series to NT?

Of many unfair insults DMC(the true one,not the new thing called dmc) received,Bayonetta it's not one of them
