You guys gotta be more patient. That survey they did was only a year ago and if they hadn't even decided on the roster yet that means the game was very early in development. It's still way too soon for us to hear anything at this point. I mean look at Resident Evil 7. It's coming out in January and it's only just now being announced a half a year before release.
 
Im just saying if the boat is sinking maybe its time to get off.

Hopefully, I get proved wrong but y'know maybe if we heard some news it'd spark the hype for it cus so far everything we've been told feels like dead ends. Maybe that's just me but it wouldn't kill them to let us know they're in development.

I'm under no illusion that the game is dead...but considering Namco is pouring their efforts into Tekken 7 is most likely the reason things are taking longer than usual....releasing or announcing both Tekken 7 and SCVI hurts both in the long run.

People were bitching and crying at SCV because it felt rushed etc, I mean it was..Story mode was dumb and all the other modes were either lacklustre or just non-existant.
Multiplayer was where the game really shined...the combat element I thought was great.

For the Moment Tekken 7 is the last in the saga for the Mishimas so obviously they want to deliver a good game and go out with a bang...and they need time to do it, same way they need time to get SCVI right.

in short...ya'll need to shut your bitch-ass mouths and stop whining, if it's not "oh the game was rushed, they didn't have time...terrible game" then it's "oh they're taking too long, Namco don't care about the fans, it's all a hoax...terrible company"

In my opinion, it's like Elder Scrolls fans bitching and whining about ES6 when Fallout 4 wasn't even out yet. ES6 has been hinted at by the devs, just like SC6 has been, through its roster survey and the end of LS, but with Tekken 7 not being out on console yet, no solid evidence that SC6 is coming will be released. I'm honestly not expecting an announcement till next year. I think we should wait till then, and if not next year, then I'm probably gonna lose faith in SC too.
 
*sigh* The only thing I'm hoping they have time to do is the Story mode, I think what happened in SCV is how things didn't work out right. Other than that, I'm definitely hoping they have more DLC characters. It bothered me how Dampierre had the chance to be DLC in SCV (I know he was a Pre-Order Unlockable).
