What about a new Character who's Yun and Mina Son, and trained by Hwang. That sounds sick imo!

With the HUD looking like it does, I have a feeling that for the character selection screen they'll do illustrations and cards like in V.Also... can't wait to see the character selection screen: do you guys think they're gonna use SC2/3/4 style with 3d models, beautiful CG renders like in SC1 or illustrations as in the 5th game?

dude he has Mystic Gohan hairI like Hwang more, he is just more badass overall, compared to Yun-Seong being all goofy. Also this costume of his is awesome:![]()
I honestly prefer Hwang over Yun both design wise and competitively. Historically Hwang has been a much better character in terms of tiers than Yun. Its a soft reboot so I can't see why Hwang wont make it back but they could end up doing both.
What do the leaks say about the new characters? Do we know just about the dual bladed guy/Kilik rival?

I much prefer Yun-Seong moveset-wise. Hwang in Edge started out as quasi-Mitsurugi. In Calibur I, he became quasi-Xianghua.
Yun-Seong was essentially what you got once they took the unique things about Hwang's moveset and actually hammered them out into a fully-fledged own moveset. Yun-Seong's moveset has always been more distinct.
I liked Yun more than Hwang as well.
Though 3A, A, B was super abusable and fun,
Yeah it was a counter hit combo that you could hit confirm I believe.Playing against it isnt too much fun i'd say. ch was guaranteed right? FUN Move :)

If there isn't a guide with frame data im sure it wont take 8way nerds long to figure it out like they did with SCVRight, bit like Yuns ch 22AAB in SC2 . Somehow in SC2 these kind of moves worked though due to engine (safer movement)...obviously would be batshit imba in following SC games.
I wonder if there will an official guide or something with Frame Data...hmmmm.
