lol..and where do ya get that info??
From TZ. I've followed the tier list discussion since day 1. Tekken's also my main FG (I'm an '01 at TZ). Korea, Japan, and the boys at TZ all agree that Steve and Law are top, Bruce is stronger than he has ever been, Bob is no longer broken, but is still a top character, and Lars... while he's no longer top tier, he's still considered rock solid (ok, maybe better than Hwo, but not near Bryan's or Lili's level).
Lars' weakness is that he has almost no lows that you need to fear. Almost because his sweep KND's on CH. But it's slow and can easily be spotted, and it gets owned by a hopkick. He also doesn't have a magic 4 (e.g. Bryan's standing RK move - which floats on CH), that characters like Law and Bryan have. A lot of his moves which launch are also very vulnerable on block (depending on the character he's facing). Lars' saving grace is that if you mess up, he will punish you hard.
Also, there are 5 BR machines at the arcade 5 minutes from my house. I get to play everyday. :)

I thought most ppl though anna was higher then nina lol. I think im gonna main law and hei. Btw srry for bieng a noob whats the dash/ wavedash every1's talking about? Is it hard to do and do you need it? which characters have it? Does law and hei?
Wavedash: (look at the Mishima's, Jin, etc. - it's the up-and-down bobbing movement, you do it by inputting the shoryuken motion at high speed continuously.)
The hands:
Tekken 6 BR Finals at Devastation (Naps vs MDJ) - starts at 48:30. Before that is the SC4 Finals.

Further discussion:
(IIRC, these are Korea's tiers:)
Last one (from ChrisCP):
Here is a rough one. It's about three weeks old I think.
S - Steve
A - bob, lili, law/lars/julia, bruce/dj/bryan, eddy/lee, nina
B - ak, asuka, ganryu, hei, ling, baek, hwo, alisa, jack, feng, roger, paul, king, christie, jin
C - marduk, kaz, anna, leo, wang, lei, drag, miguel
D - raven, bears, zaf, yoshi
Most Recent (from ChrisCP):
A) Law, Bruce, Nina, Steve, Baek, Granny Roger
B) Mig, Bryan, Leo, Anna, Jin, Jack, Bob, DJ, Paul, Kaz, Lili, King, Drag, AK, Hwo, Capos
C) Lee, Wang, Julia, Lars, Feng, Hei, Bears, 'Duk, Lei, Alisa, Xaio
D) Asuka, Yoshi, Zaf
X) Raven, Moku.
IMHO, that latest list is closer to what I've been seeing in real play in Asia. Lars lower than Hwo is probably due to Korea's strong Hwo's.
Compared to Arcadia's (Japan) last ones:
Rank 1 – Steve Fox
Rank 2 – Marshall Law, Bob, Lili
Rank 5 – Lars Alexandersson
Rank 6 – Bruce Irvin, Julia Chang
Rank 8 – Devil Jin
Rank 9 – Eddy Gordo/Christie Monteiro, Bryan Fury
Korea has a very pitbull style though, whereas Japan has a spacing game, and US leans more towards spacing/counters. If you ask me, the latest Korean list is pretty accurate, but IIRC a Lee player is currently the top player in Korea, and both Yoshi and Zaf players qualified in Tekken Crash.
Basically: in BR, the tiers mean very little now.
