T6BR tier list

That's your ever so biased opinion. Critics are declaring this Tekken the best of them all, and I couldn't agree more. What are you basing your opinion off of? Watching videos on the internet? Go play this at an arcade or hell; wait the 10 days for the games release and form a more fair opinion then.
All she does is go from forum to forum trolling about Tekken.

Sarah, Pai = VF.

VF people are jealous and worried. Can't blame them. After T6 drops, their series will be pretty much dead (it already is in the west anyway).

I've just been listening to the podcast. It sounds awesome u can play against ghosts and also record your own matches.

update:
visit sdtekken to see, but basically there's an official Tekken Manga.

Oh and Famitsu gave it 9/8/9/8 - same as SF4, and more than any recent FG.

saw the manga earlier... not really feeling the art style. it's way too simple and cliche. a very entertaining tekken manhwa that not many people know about is fightball.

EXCELLENT READ!

Paul's poison chinese food backfiring won it for me. It's not canon as you guys have said, but it's pretty Tekken in its humor.

any1 else see the trailer posted on the site which was meant to be an entrance for sum g4tv contest?

Main reaction after watching the whole thing:

Jin looks weak, why is kazuya a white guy, why did paul shrink.

lol

Bumping this for the simple news that some stores already have the game in stock, and are selling it. AFAIK, the big name shops won't sell until release day, but the smaller ones are.

I'm just trying to figure out what stores would sell it. I live near a Gamestop and a Gamecrazy and they're both pretty big name stores. I'm not gonna waste my time there.

With Tekken 6's release soon approaching I thought it might be fun to just say...

I hate online Eddys/Christies/Laws/Pauls

Nerf Paul's unblockable!

So, what's up with the Williams sisters in this game? I haven't even considered a Tekken since 3, when they were basically the same, and watching Tekken matches puts me to sleep so it's hard to get a solid impression that way. Either of them any good, how are they different, etc.

I only ask because it looks like this may get fairly popular around here and if everyone else is playing it I'll join the bandwagon.

Also, why do Koreans make the fugliest looking characters possible? They know they're on TV, so what the hell.

Nina =/= Anna, and while Nina > Anna in the tiers, in Japan, Anna players are ranked higher in player standings (last I checked.)

That's good and all, but doesn't really tell me much. How are they different now? It looks like Anna has a stance now, Nina is same-y with new moves. Do they still have the completely useless and redundant combo throws?

Also, does Tekken have proper crouch dashing yet? As in, d/f, d/f = moving forward while crouching, mirror that for going backwards.

Nina is same-y with new moves. Anna feels like Nina, but has a different style/set of moves. She's more like a female... Lee? Nina is still the pitbull/rushdown and mixup queen.

Crouch dashing has always been character-specific. I'd hate to see somebody like Steve with a crouch dash, lol. Going backwards has always been bdc (backdash cancelling) and character-specific stance-based backdash cancels.

I would just like to say thank you very much XLcowboy for keeping us up to date with all the changes that's been going on for Tekken 6. I appreciate it very much ^_^

NOW IT'S TIME TO FIGHT O_O*
