That's why i try to buy something everytime they release DLC only time i haven't was the Trendy pack and the Tekken/AA/modern packs but that was more of a i need money for the next dlc problem.

I'm not buying anything because I think that they'll do one thing or another if it sells well. NRS/WB screwed a lot of people who thought that same thing, (but not me, I only bought Skarlet because I wanted her). I'll buy things I like, and that's all, which happens to be a lot of stuff, but still.

If all this DLC was on disc already, then please inform me as to why we need to download a compatibility patch to see other people using it?

As you can see, player one (Vilarcane) lacked the "Cepheus Compatibility Pack 2", and thus was unable to see the greaves from the AA set that player two's Mantis was wearing.
If this DLC was on the disk, there'd be no need for the patches. Vilarcane would be able to see the greaves because they'd already be programmed and coded into his game. His game couldn't understand them and so they appear not to be there.

Look at Sectus's posts specifically. See how the extracted thumnails are taken from the Cepheus Store patches? Again, we'd already know about EVERY DLC ITEM COMING were it all on the disc already.
However you'll probably blindly whinge that I'm wrong and continue postulating, spewing un-cited nonsense everywhere like an entitled child.
TL/Illiterate; DR/Can't Read: Any CEPHEUS STORE-Related equipment was NOT on the disc prior to release. Only the first batch of DLC, such as the camouflage and the Dragonfly Wings WAS. And I don't think we should've been charged for them.
The only unreleased already-on-disc item we've not yet been given is that 4-Arms thing.
The odds that we're going to receive new charcters are slim to zero. Consider the voice acting and motion capturing that comes with it, even alongside the rendering and writing. Before new character DLC, I'd like to see a real Arcade Mode.
New Stages wouldn't, theoretically, be too different. A little pointless but still fun, so I agree there.
For everything else there's Master Card.
P.S: If you spelt my name incorrectly as a means to try and upset me, it didn't work and you're an idiot. If it was a genuine mistake, well, now's the time to enlighten yourself.
